RE: How frequently is the Search Volume update for each keyword? API for Search Volume?
Hey Todd,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Keyword Explorer is updated about every 2 weeks. Also a keyword API is on our roadmap, and we'd love to hear your feedback about it. We have a short survey available here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YZ58JVH
I hope this helps but definitely let me know if there's anything else I can assist with!

RE: Increase Moz authority above 26
Hey Matt,
In terms of improving your Domain Authority, it's best to look at both you on-page SEO to make sure you've covered the basics. Then you also want to look at your off-site SEO and building more links more links to your site.
There are lots of different areas of Link Building to explore, from patching up broken links, improving your internal link profile, and good ol' fashioned content creation.
Here is a great video by our founder Rand which goes over some easy link building tactics to get you started.
If you have any specific questions about our tools, feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com
I hope the above helps, have a great day!

RE: Adding Keywords to Existing Campaign
Hey Jake,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can now add and manage your keywords directly from the Rankings tab within your Campaign! If you scroll down to the "Tracked Keywords Overview, you will see the options to add, label, delete and select locations.
You can also add Keywords from Keyword Explorer to your Moz Pro campaign by first adding them to a Keyword List (on Medium subscription plans & above) and then adding to your existing Campaign.
You can read more about this process in our guide here.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to help@moz.com

RE: Are there no tools for evaluating/recommending internal links in Moz?
If you head to 'All Crawled Pages' within the 'Site Crawl' section of your Campaign and then click 'export CSV' you will see a full list of the internal links we have been able to crawl, including various pieces of information relating to the URL's.
I'm more than happy to send over screenshots from your particular Campaign - feel free to write into help@moz.com

RE: Moz Local Not Showing My Domain as Listed in Google My Business
Hey!
Thanks for contacting us!
Moz Local's validation system still uses Google Maps, not GMB directly. Each location must be verified in Google Maps for Moz Local validate the NAP details.
Would you be able to reach out to help@moz.com so we can take a closer look

Thanks!

RE: Are there no tools for evaluating/recommending internal links in Moz?
Hey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Have you tried out our 'Campaign' feature within Moz Pro? You would be able to analyse the internal links within your site with this tool. Feel free to reach out to help@moz.com so we can take a look at your Campaign (if you already have one set up) and point you in the right direction.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

RE: I have a client who wants to have their own Moz login. I want to move them out on to a new plan from the Standard (5 campaigns) plan. Can I do this?
I completely understand your frustration! From a support point of view I have received many requests for something like this and our team are certainly aware of the demand. However, I do not have a timeframe for when / if something like this is in development.
With regards to your first question, if your team has been added as a 'seat' on your clients account they should be able to view your clients Campaigns.
Shared users will have full access to Campaigns and tools within the Moz Pro account. However, the owner (your client in this scenario) gets sole access to do the following:
- Delete Campaigns
- Add or remove users
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the subscription
- View or update account billing, invoicing and subscription information
If you have any specific questions about accounts feel free to reach out to help@moz.com

RE: What data we don't get from link explorer that we can get if we add a campaign?
Hey!
Great question!
The data is the same, however, Link Explorer (not in Campaign) allows you to Compare Link Profiles (i.e. compare more than one URL) - https://moz.com/help/guides/link-explorer/compare-link-profiles
Whereas Links within your Campaign allows you to check out link opportunities - https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/links/opportunites
The rest of the features are the same

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be more than happy to help!
Have a great day!

RE: Does/could the MpzBar highlight your website in the SERPs?
Hey,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately this is not something that is possible within Mozbar - it sounds like it could be a great idea though!

RE: I have a client who wants to have their own Moz login. I want to move them out on to a new plan from the Standard (5 campaigns) plan. Can I do this?
Hey David,
Unfortunately this is not possible - I'm afraid we don't currently have a way to limit the access of seats on your account to certain Campaigns. Your client will have full access to all the Campaigns and research tools within your Moz Pro subscription. However, if your client wants to have notifications for a particular Campaign, they can unfollow the other Campaigns in the "Manage Campaigns" section. https://analytics.moz.com/pro/manage-campaigns You can read more about seat permissions and watch a short video in our Help Hub.
Also due to the way the data for each Campaign is stored in our system, there is too much risk of losing not only the data for the Campaign being transferred, but also to other Campaigns stored in the same database, therefore you would not even be able to transfer the Campaign to your clients new subscription (if they were to take one out) so ultimately I believe the best solution would be to give your client 'seat' access but they would still be able to see other Campaigns

Let me know if you have any other questions!

RE: Is Anchor text metric is available for free MOZ API ?
I understand.
The initial confusion is because you are referring to our Moz Pro plan (as you mentioned a 30 day trial). We do not offer a 30 day free trial of our API, only for our Moz Pro plans.
All Moz community users have access to our FREE limited API access (one request every 10 seconds). Unfortunately a Moz Pro subscription does not increase this limit.
However, we do offer paid API plans ranging from $250 a month to $10,000 a month. All the plans come with only a call rate limit of 200 requests per second, but with varying 'rows per month'.
Check out the following link with more information: https://moz.com/products/api/pricing
Please refer to this link for all the metrics we provide: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-api/mozscape/api-reference/url-metrics (They are the same, regardless of the plan you are on).
I hope this helps,
Eli
