Hey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Moz uses a crawler called Rogerbot to crawl your site and populate the "Site Crawl" section of your Campaign. Roger isn't a search engine index, so if URLs aren't blocked by the robots.txt file, then Roger will crawl them!
If you'd like to remove pages from the crawl, you can disallow them in the robots.txt file. Here's what that exclusion would look like if you were wanting to keep him from crawling any pages on your site:
User-agent: rogerbot
Disallow: *
I'd recommend checking your robots.txt file in this handy Robots Checker Tool once you make changes to avoid any nasty surprises.

Pages are considered to have duplicate titles only if their titles are exact matches. There is no notion of overlapping or partial matches for this purpose. Like duplicate content, canonical versions should be considered, but not pages that refer to the canonical version. For more on canonicalization, check out this resource: https://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization
You can verify the page title by viewing the source code of the page itself. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything that needs clarifying!
I am not so familiar with Shopify, or the way the URL's are structured within Shopify. Perhaps someone else on the forum has had more experience with this.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Eli
Haha it certainly does! Thanks for keeping me updated
I would normally advise that you speak to a web developer for a question like this. Perhaps something else on the forum who reads this question will be able to advise?
Unfortunately I am not able to help out with the code in this situation, sorry about that!

When we point out a redirect chain, the idea is to reduce the number of redirects in total.
Let's say you had three URLs - URL A, B and C. URL A redirects to URL B, which redirects again to URL C. You'd want to remove the redirects for URL B in the middle, so that URL redirects straight to URL C.
I've had a look at your Campaign and one of the redirect chain's we are flagging up: https://www.screencast.com/t/kHnwGBcdvb (I used a third party tool - https://httpstatus.io/ ) - As you can see there are 3 redirects in place, would it be possible to cut it down to just one redirect? This minimises moving parts and would fix that redirect chain.
Of course, it's best to check with your website administrator that this is the best move in your case, as each site is completely different.
Unfortunately I am not a web developer so cannot advise on the code within your page, just the tools we provide
Feel free to write in to help@moz.com if you would like to follow up with any specific questions!
Thanks!

Hey Jens,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you be able to head over to this link https://moz.com/help/contact and drop us a quick email. This will allow us to investigate further (and for that, we would need to access your Moz Pro account).
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Eli
UPDATE - The Campaign was set up for us to only crawl a specific subfolder as opposed to the whole domain. All sorted now
Hey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you be able to copy+paste what you have written above into an email to help@moz.com as well as including your email address, this will allow us to better investigate into this issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Eli
In addition to Gaston's answer
In the case of a URL switch, especially an HTTP to an HTTPS, remember that it is normal to see a bit of a drop in some of your stats just after the move.
We have a blog post about migrating to HTTPS: https://moz.com/blog/seo-tips-https-ssl
There are also some great Q&A threads about the potential impact:

The next update to our index is January 15th 2018.
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Eli
Ah! Sorry about that - I'm not familiar with the best practices with regards to redirects. If you believe that everything is ok, you always have the option to ignore the issue.
Alternatively, perhaps one of our SEO / Web experts on our forum could provide some more specific feedback (more than I can, in any case! ) with regards to this issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Eli
Good news!
It looks like we will be making changes to the max character count for meta description! Keep your eyes open!
Hey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Let's say you had three URLs - URL A, B and C. URL A redirects to URL B, which redirects again to URL C. You'd want to remove the redirects for URL B in the middle, so that URL redirects straight to URL C.
For example, you'd want to have http://elementpaints.com redirect directly to https://www.elementpaints.com, likely via a 301 permanent redirect, without including https://elementpIaints.com in the middle.
This minimises moving parts and would fix that redirect chain.
Unfortunately I am not a web developer so I would recommend checking with your website administrator that this is the best move in your case, each site is slightly different and I definitely don't want to point you down the wrong track.
Have a great day!
Eli
Haha!
I do have another option which may help in the interim if it works within your SEO strategy. Because they are all of the same type and if you're confident that you don't need to know about any of them, you can ignore the issue type in your campaign.

Hope that helps!

We're keeping our eyes on the news — the product team may decide to update our tools to be in line with the new guidelines, it's just not on the roadmap quite yet!
Check out this great article too posted by our very own Dr Pete! https://moz.com/blog/how-long-should-your-meta-description-be-2018

Unfortunately there is no way to track local keywords within Keyword Explorer. Alternatively you can add "Local Keywords" from the Add & Manage Keywords tab in the Rankings section of your Campaign. Just input the list of keywords that you would like to track for a particular locale and then select the checkbox next to the "Track locally" option. From there, a location field will expand and you can enter your preferred locales there. Here is a screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/SeMOoDgvWhLO
The locales we include are specific to the Google search engine only, and our list is based on a finite postal code database, so you may not see every locale you would like to track in the list. It is helpful to be very specific when entering the locale and it can help to include a specific neighborhood, state, or county name when entering the locale (e.g. Melbourne, Victoria vs. Melbourne, Australia).
You can also add a new locale for any keywords you are tracking for a different locale by selecting from your existing list of keywords here: http://www.screencast.com/t/okZd9Cuj. Each keyword can be tracked nationally and across multiple locations.
Please note that if you track keywords nationally and locally, or across multiple locales, each location will count as a separate keyword in your total keyword limit.
You can read more why to track local keywords in our guide.
And more about how to track local keywords, also in our guide.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
Have a great day!

Hi Maureen,
I'm sorry to hear - There must of been some kind of error as we normally respond within 24hrs. The last message sent from your @insight email seems to of been 8 months ago.
If you head into any page of your Campaigns, you should be able to see a little blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. If you click on that, you will be able to set up a new help ticket.
Hey Maureen!
First of all, thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience!
A few weeks ago we experienced a widespread issue with this tool which led to this error message repeatedly popping up. However, our engineers were able to resolve the issue.
I'm worried in case this could be a repeat of the issue. Would you be able to contact us directly at help@moz.com and just copy and paste your message there, we can investigate further and potentially escalate to our engineers should the issue not resolve itself.
Thanks - Looking forward to hearing from you,
Eli
Good luck with it, hopefully it suits you and your clients needs!
I'm sorry to hear this
I'm not an SEO professional so I haven't had much experience with many other tools, however, I have had a look online and have come across: https://www.wincher.com/ which is supposed to work with Swedish sites. Perhaps that could help in the mean time?
Glad to hear you will still be around reading our blog!
Eli
Hey Thomas!
I understand what your saying, unfortunately, I'm unable to offer any specific discount plans, I'm really sorry about that!
At the moment, we only offer a 75% discount to nonprofits with proof of 501(c)(3) status, as well as a 20% discount for customers who sign up annually for Moz Pro (https://moz.com/products/pro/pricing).
