Links to subfolders
Thanks a lot for your kind answer. I understand your point. But my question is: if I'm doing SEO for, lets say, two languages on the same domain (that is why I use /en) is it the same having a backlink in one language pointing to the root domain instead of the subdirectory? Thanks!

Competitive Domain Analysis
That the bot isn't picking up or counting internal links, or the count is just of external links and it is follow vs. nofollow? An alternate way that I often do competition analysis is using Market Samurai, its only $97 for a great tool.

Google Images
Hi, this is the search result I get in Google images (top left is my photo): http://goo.gl/uv0ZC. I originally used the image for a different blog, this is the image link: http://goo.gl/JINOh. What baffles me is that they seem to have "attached" the image to a direct download, I suppose placing the image at a page that is a download page - not visible in search but scannable by Google so that the image appears listed in Google images to dupe people into downloading an application..?

How should I resolve duplicate Google Places listings?
In my opinion you should claim both listings so you can at least control them until it gets resolved. The problem you with with deactivating either one of them is potentially losing any authority from the deactivated listing. Thats why I recommend contacting Google to merge them. But a good short term fix is to claim both listings and update them to have same/similar info, but you are still potentially splitting citation authority over 2 listings potentially.

Why do I have one page showing as two url's?
I think you were right. I did what you said and found it linked from a flash file. Since this is the only one showing in the csv crawl report, I think it's fixed. Thanks very much for your help! Brad

List of keywords my website ranks for?
You could also use Xenu to pull out all your page titles into a spreadsheet, then digg out all the main keywords for each page. You could then scrape Google Suggest for each keyword to create a much larger list of terms, then chuck all these into some rank tracking software.

Javascript funtion as link? Why not show up?
Hi Rich, JavaScript links are an issue! There is a seriousvrisk that this link will never be counted the way it stands. Here is a recent post on this. http://www.seomoz.org/qa/view/41582/javascript-links Also the webmasterbis not being entirely honest with you. They may be linking out that way in an effort to sculpt their own PageRank, preserving it for themselves instead of their members. I would be irritated by this if I were you.
