Blurbpoint
I've been using Blurbpoint for a while now and liked them. They were's "amazing" but they did a good job...3 stars sounds about right to me. I have a tiny limited budget to work with and I had to put them on hold or cancel since I decided to use the budget elsewhere, part of which is here at SEOMoz. They worked on 5 keywords for me and I increased rankings well, not overnight, but over time.

Bing Cache
There is no search operator, but you can access the cached version in the search results. Just search "url:websiteurl.com" then click the arrow > and it will open up options for the page. There is a link to view the cached version. See the pic below. The site: search operator works just like it does in Google on Bing! H7lv4.png

Sandbox Cached
Also verify that sandbox domain in Google Webmaster Tools and the other search engine webmaster tools. Once you do that, you can remove the site with the URL removal tool.

How does the "first link" rule work with the "reasonable surfer patent" when it comes to the main navigation for a website?
If I understand you correctly, you are putting navigation links to 80k products? That sounds excessive. Look at how they do it at newegg.com and that is a good example of how to implement navigation for a large ecommerce site. Something to keep in mind here. Internal links mean almost nothing compared to external inbound links. You want to make sure your content is all crawlable and accessible. After that, don't worry about nofollow and silly things about internal links. NEVER nofollow an internal link. Think about what nofollow is, what it means, and why it exists. You are telling Google a page on your site is not trusted. Bad signal. Worry more about the inbound links to your site than the navigation links. Make sure you have a sitemap and ensure your content is all crawlable and accessible. If that's the case, don't worry yourself over nofollow or other minute navigation optimization.

How Google Shopping Relevance Determined?
Reviews, price and fresh data play a huge role. This article is from 2009 but still very relevant IMHO. http://www.seomoz.org/qa/view/7062/google-base-shopping-results

Too many links!
I could certainly clean up the widgets. The navigation thing is tough though. I want very detailed nav similar to say "seatguru.com" that has multi-category dropdown. Took me forever to find a plug that does it the way I want but I'm sure there's another (better) option. Just have to figure it out. Thanks for the help! Much appreciated.

Value of Twitter Links
Nofollow should not be an issue if Twitter feeds raw data to Google directly via firehose. I do of course appreciate the fact that there are secondary benefits to nofollowed links.

Which Shopping Cart is best for SEO? Magento vs. X-Cart
Roger, search the Q&A system for Magento, as there have been a couple of others discussing that software and its merits. Two threads that might be of use are: http://www.seomoz.org/q/what-is-the-most-seo-friendly-ecommerce-cms-platform-available-today http://www.seomoz.org/q/need-advice-re-selecting-an-ecommerce-platform Bozzie311, I agree with Roger totally in that Wordpress and its plugins for ecommerce are often quite inadequate when it comes to an enterprise solution. On Strike Models I run Wordpress and Foxycart, and even with just a few hundred products (with many of them being nearly identical, such as ship plans for different ships) I know I'm outgrowing that solution.

Is it ok if a company address is located in the footer which is in a external php file?
I'm no expert but I don't believe the company's address must be in the footer of every single page. Someone with more experience will surely respond to clarify this. It might help for local SEO and probably couldn't hurt. It is quite common for this information to be included on the about and/or contact us pages. Looking forward to hear what others have to say.

301 redirect OK for a newer version of a page that is a different url?
To me this sounds like a completely legitimate reason to 301 the pages to that new location. If you do get in trouble with Google it will be pretty straightforward to explain it. If you run into an algorithmic penalty the solution would be to remove 301s. This, however is not a likely scenario at all. Another option you have is to use rel="canonical" to tell Google that the page they're crawling has a correct canonical version. This will not only fix duplication but will also consolidate link juice much like 301 redirection.

Prevent link juice to flow on low-value pages
Mmh, good point. Never heard that "privacy policy page" could be a trust signal. Is there an article somewhere that talks about this? Well, I took those two pages as an example... but my question was about avoiding link juice to flow on non-SEO pages in general. Thanks a lot for your answers!

Google News not indexing .index.html pages
To follow up on this. Look what I've found in the Google News Forum: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/news/thread?tid=248ef4e6fe372e91&hl=en The problem is almost the same. Google News not indexing URLs with the trailing index.html. The only person who answered was a Top Contributor suggesting to contact directly Google News team.

Canonical pagination content
Google just announced some tags to help support pagination better. They say if you have a view all option that doesn't take too long to load, searchers generally prefer that, so you can rel=canonical to that page from your series pages. However, if you don't have a view all page, then you can put these nifty rel="next" and rel="prev" tags in to let Google know your page has pagination, and where the next and previous pages are.
