Pretty much all hosting companies offer dedicated ips but they are likely to be of the same class C subnet as ips are bought in blocks.

Where to start on building links for a news website? Should I focus on promoting individual articles or create linkbait and create friends with influencial bloggers/editors/ and news websites in the same niche?
Vich, SEO is an all round issue - both link bait (which will attract links) and link building (you actively pursuing links). To get you off the ground I'd recommend some of the latter. Look at writing a couple of informative articles, creating some strong profiles on 'web 2.0' sites link Hub Pages and Squidoo. Reply to this if you need some advice, I don't mind giving you some more suggestions

What is the best solution for printable product pages (duplicate content)?
I think I will go with canonical. Just a thought why would I put all the fules in a subdirectory instead of just blocking products.php?printable=Y I guess it would be the same thing I think?

Running Adwords Campaigns to show Improvement in Organic Traffic
Thanks Vinnie. There is an actual PPC campaing running, an "official Adwords campaign" that has been running all this time. But to me there had to be a parallel Adwords campaign running that time until December when the client left the SEO Agency. So the agency was hired to do PPC and SEO. It seems to me they run one official Adwords Campaign and one "hidden Adwords Campaign" to show fast organic traffic results to the client. I just don´t see any elements on that website that shows me they actually ranked for the keywords sending traffic: The Website has just a few links (20), no anchor text optimized, most keywords where sending traffic to the home page, etc.

Maximum links per month?
Sorry one other thing. Links would come from sites with no more 100 pages each so few major sites with high DA.

Footer sitewide links
Can't hurt, although I think it would look more 'natural' to get a link from just one page (even if footer), ideally a hiuh-level page.

Use of href=# or href=hash
Okay, right you are then, just trying to help buddy. As far as I am aware there is no compelling reason to not use the href='#' tag and this will not be diluting link juice anywhere as # is not a page. Marcus

Page Autorithy vs. Domaine Autorithy
Like you say... It's best to get links from pages with a high domain and page authority. In my opinion, Domain authority is much more important. The fact that a page has a page authority of 0 does not necessarily mean it is not a important. It's just that links to it might not have been discovered by SEOmoz yet and therefore the page will not have a page authority attributed to it. Therefore take into consideration the age of a page. You should be looking at MOZrank and MOZtrust attributes too. I think these will give more insight into the quality of the page/website. Hope this helps.

Press release site for posting article and get links, what do you think?
It depends. Neither look that wonderful to me. You need to measure it Use a site that has a once off cost, where you can pay for a single press release and see the effect it has on your incoming links and keyword positions. S

Can I noindex most of my site?
You have pretty much answered this question yourself by saying that the would make poor landing pages. If that is the case, and they are useful for site users, but not for search then, yeah, noindex them. There is no need to nofollow those links either, you can if you want, but I don't see the point as the crawlers will hit your page, see the noindex tag and ignore it.

What is the recommended length for meta description?
I would Aim for 155. Just being picky but I believe this is the recommended amount. Hitting the 160 mark might see you having the ellipsis (...) in your meta description.

When new links to site do we see DA improve right away?
To see it on SEOMoz you will have to wait for the SEOMoz crawler to crawl your site and index it. For the link to have any impact will depend on when and how often Google crawls your site. However it may take more than one high authority link to make a difference to your site so you should keep on working on it and by the time you visaully see an improvement you will know that you have done more work since then which will consolidate your position. Part of SEO is about patience
