PageRank Is Zero For Some Reason
That seems like a pretty sensible take by Danny. I would be looking into any site that had 0 TBPR if its been running a while and I know it has a decent link profile

How many urls per page is to many
Matt may have mentioned that more is possible, but he also mentioned that he stil recommends you keep the link count at 100 or less ( http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/how-many-links-per-page/ .) In terms of LinkJuice and PR flow, having that many links on a page is definitely not recommended in any cirumstance. Simply put, the value of Juice that is passed through your links is divided by the number of links on your page (no-follow or not). So if you have 50 link juice points and 150 links, each link will get 0.333 points. (I am just using arbitrary number and the term points to make my point.)

Directories...
The reason I would like to make the change, is to make the urls easier for visitors to remember, also, to make the urls look more professional. I personally feel that example.com/blah.html just looks kind of sloppy. Thanks for your answers.

Spreading infographics
That's a good idea. As far as the calculators, there would be a "powered by" link and it would be iframed, so it would force the link anyway. I like the idea of tools over infographics, because it costs about the same to code a tool as it does to design a graphic if you use odesk or freelancer. I think the tools are more enticing.

Reciprocal Links Or One Way Links?
I believe that if Website A links to Website B and at the same time Website B links to Website A that the links can still be valuable. Great websites link to other great websites all of the time. I don't think that Google will discriminate against those links unless....... A) the websites are entirely unrelated to one another (about very different topics B) the links are in a dumb location such as on a "link exchange" page or footer C) the links are highly optimized anchor text So, as long as the links are placed in a context that is valuable for the visitor these links still have a chance to carry value. As for guest blog posting... if you have a local history site in the United States and guest blog on a site about hydraulic jacks in Germany then I think you are wasting your time. But if both of these sites are about the local history of the same area then, in my opinion, these webmasters could very legitimately be colleagues who refer to each others work and enthusiastically share ideas with one another's visitors.

Fixing Wordpress URLs
Try installing the plugin I suggested. You changed the permalink structure that was followed previously, so you will want to make sure they get redirected properly. The plugin I mentioned will do just that. There is also the off chance that you need to empty the cache of your website via your cache plugin, or server side.

Getting rid of a site in Google
The sites are massive and we are talking massive numbers: Google reports in WMT that site B still has 259,157,970 links to site A, although when you filter into the report it only shows a few The current state is that nothing is blocked on Site B, and ALL pages point to the landing page of Site B. In WMT for site B, G still shows data for all the reports, like search queries, keywords, crawl errors (very old and all fixed) and so on. The reports and data does not bother me as much as the 259,157,970 links it reports on Site A. On the 11th of April when I started the process of getting rid of these links, there were 554,066,716, this jumped up to 603,404,378 on the 28th of April. It started dropping and was as low as 122,405,100 on the 17th of May, and then started growing again up to where it is now 259,157,970 I also noticed that when the pages was giving 404s that the crawl rate of google dropped to zero, now that its redirecting to the landing page, the crawl rate is back up to about 1,800 per day, which is still very low, considering the numbers we are talking about. The crawl rate on Site A is okay, at 220,000 per day, but it was as high as 800,000 per day at one stage.

Buying Traffic?
An example that I saw that worked recently was for a pasta company, and they literally sent out free pasta for every person that signed up. You ended up having to like and follow their company to sign up as well, so they killed 3 birds with one stone. I found out about it from a "frugal blog" site. It was seriously popular, and it built a following that was specific to the brand and product. Excellent idea, but probably not the cheapest thing ever done.

Is anchor text link juice passed in internal links?
Anchor text is passed regardless if it is internal or external, essentially a link is a link no matter where it points to (a generalization sure, but true nevertheless.) What you need to be careful of is keyword stuffing. If you build all your internal links to widgets for sale in cityname it really is not going to look so good to users or search engines. Keep it civil and don't worry too much about keyword density, just make sure each page is focused on a unique set of keywords, the content is relevant, and the links that point to it from offsite contain some version of the keywords in the anchor text.

Crawl Tool Producing Random URL's
The same thing is happening for one of my campaigns, specifically for a 302 redirect to the homepage. My guess is I need to update it to a 301, but I'm not 100% sure if that would solve the issue?

How do you value a site that generates no income before it's sold?
The traffic to the site will generate leads for the company who owns the site. If they already have a website that converts then they will know what content to put on this site to create that conversion rate. The buyer is buying the site knowing the potential that the site will have when it comes to generating business for them. I've looked at is as the first page results of Google are a line of shops. The shop at #1 is seen as the shop which gets the most visitors to it. Now imagine that shop is currently being refitted - people can still see the shop and what it sells but are unable to actually enter the shop to buy anything. Now, the person who owns the shop further down the street (i.e is ranked #10 or #12 or #15 etc) - he really wants to own that shop which is being refitted and he knows how much that shop is worth to his business if he owned it after the refit is completed. Although the site I have created is a basic canvas, all it needs is branding by the new owner and it will then perform as well as their current site when it comes to conversion rates. Does that make sense with explaining the view point I am taking on this project ?

Changing the SEOMoz logo on the report to input one of mine?
I haven't upgraded so I'm not sure I'm afraid. Maybe try to export the report and see if you get an option?

Best SEO strategy for a site that has been down
What most likely happened: Your site was offline, Search bots crawled the site and found nothing responding with a 404 error, or worse a 500 level error. There is a good chance that your site could have been crawled multiple times, and thus the search bots deemed your site gone, and thus your rankings fell. The first and foremost thing you should do (and I assume you have) is restore your website. Being offline for only a few days should not have a long term effect on your rankings. It will simply take time for the search bots to recrawl all the links that you have built and determine that their is in fact a website on the other end of them again. You should check webmaster tools for any errors and possibly ping your sitemap against the engines. Otherwise, I think it is best to carry on as normal, the rankings should return within a few weeks. If I may be so bold, I would suggest looking in to a different hosting company, unless it was billing related, there is no excuse for going down for more than a couple of hours in today's market.

My company is redesigning their site, and is re-tooloing some of the product and service keywords. How should we approach SEO of the new site?
Having a good understanding of the site navigation and how internal page rank is passed is well worth it if you are doing a complete redesign. Something I just came across may also be worth reading: The New Page Rank
