Wordpress site, MOZ showing missing meta description but pages do not exist on backend
What kind of CMS do you use? That might help figure it out. Sounds like your CMS is creating these garbage pages, whether or not they live on the backend or not. On the other hand, this is pretty common and it may not be something you need to worry about. Are the pages cached by Google? You can find out by pasting this search parameter in your browser: cache:http://example.com/url or a site: search for an overview of all your cached URLs. (site:example.com) If the garbage URLs aren't there, you probably don't need to worry much. On the other hand if you see pages of bad results, this might be something you need to address with your developer.

GWT URL Removal Tool Risky to Use for Duplicate Pages?
Hi I have used the URL removal tool in the past to remove URLs with success - as we know it helps speed things up. What you have done is right and if you are patient Google will start removing each page as it crawls it again. You might find this confirmation from Google reassuring in your situation - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93710?hl=en Reading the article you posted of when not to use the tool I can't see that your pages fall into any of these categories - but either way I personally can't see using it causing an issue to be honest but its your call.

FAQ and CTAs registering as indicidual pages.
That's an odd way they set that up. I think you're are right though, you are better off just restructuring the content under one page to avoid duplicate content issues. If you have any external backlinks pointing to those individual question pages, make sure to set up a 301 redirect to your main page so not to lose any of those links. Good luck

Should I host my Ecommerce Software in a Subdomain?
No problem! Yeah, having a more flexible content management software (i.e. blog/website) with more control sounds like it would make it much easier to optimize the content, url's, and on-page aspects of your SEO. Do you have any other reservations on this topic?

Can I pre-select which citation services I want to set up with Moz local.
Hi Arthur, Keri answered your specific question, and I'd like to suggest an alternative. Try using Whitespark. While, so far as I know, you can't preselect the sites you want to acquire citations from, they do "prepare a list of new citation opportunities using our huge database of business listing sites... starting with the highest quality sources ...". Citations are built manually. They check your existing citations before starting so no duplicates are created. Whitespark also gives you the option to specify that you only want "hyper relevant citations that are specific to your industry or city." They charge a one-time fee based on the number and type (non-specific or hyper relevant) of citations you order. Their fees are, in my opinion, fair. Does that help?

Moz Local Canada
Hi AlpsKiosks, I want to be sure I'm understanding your question correctly. If you are trying to list a business physically located in Canada, I'm afraid Moz Local is not a good match for you. But, if you're saying that you are trying to list the businesses of your US-based clients, then Moz Local will work for that. As with any citation building strategy (whether manual or automated) it's all about the physical location of the business, and at this time, Moz Local supports US-based businesses solely. Hope this explanation is helpful, but please let me know if you have any further questions about this!
