How often do my stats get updated?
depending on what you need some things are updated a little bit more often (like open site explorer) however mostly what you need is on the weekly reports.

Only sections are showing on PDF report?

Why is Report Email not White labeled
I am a new Moz customer and specifically chose the $149 plan to get "branded reports" My Logo shows on the pdf report but when that report is emailed to the client there is a big black banner at the top of the email that says MOZ! I chose branded reports so that the customer would see my branding not MOZ. This is very frustrating and there is no good answer from MOZ, I know that you can send the email with my return email address but why do you have to put the MOZ branding in the email.

I have already canceled my subscription. How do I remove my credit card details from my profile to make sure that I ma not charged?

Can I retrieve a deleted campaign?
Yeah, they should change it to ONLY give the archive option. That would be nice!! But yes, we just archive them all, just in case!

Problem with Moz Dashboard
We're having the EXACT same problem with the 902 error code from Moz. Google is NOT showing this code for us.However, MOZ showed it on Sept 11th but I believe it stemmed before that date.

On Page Optimization and Page Grader in Moz Needs Some Fixes
Same same! The "automatic" grader makes a mess of an otherwise useful tool!!! Two options: you either allow us to remove once for all all the auto-rubish gradded pages once for all OR you allow us to filter said grades based upon the same filter we can use for tracking KWs... The reason is extremely simple! On all the pages that I push, I use a main KW and several, long tail / semantically close ones! Your stupid tool gets ALL the pages and create long lists of pages THAT I KNOW are not optimised for SEO YET ONES THAT STILL RANK as they are targeting long tail KWs! Hence a rather large mess! Beyond me why this issue that is experienced by quite a few of us CAN'T BE SIMPLY SORTED! Almost a full year now since first post... Not impressed... Cdlt, G.

Why can't the dates be changed in automatic reports?
Just wanted to agree with the above and say that the ability to schedule custom reports to run on a particular date per month is really important for us too. Cheers

Possible to make domain change?
Unfortunately, you'll need to create a new campaign for the new domain. You can keep the old campaign, or archive the old campaign, and keep the historical data that way. Best of luck on the domain change!

New dashboard in reports
HI David i know you know but just saying here have sent you the campaign details and you klindly sent to engineering to look into it. MA monthly reports
Just to let you know my reports received a couple of days after this so thanks for that They do still have display issues such as chart legend saying June is July etc etc as well so please remember to fix those when you get a mo re future reports along with any data inconsistencies between GA and reports if any remain as per a previous support ticket many thanks dan

Trouble Loading Dashboard
Yea I figured you are not staffed on the weekend. I immediately responded to her email but didn't get a response. Just sent an additional email this morning with photos. Just trying to figure this out. Been having issues with various aspects the last 3 months. If its something we are doing wrong I just want to know what it is so we can fix it. I feel like its calling for the data and not getting it. It just spins and spins and sometimes does the Paper Airplane thing.
