Cancel my PRO account and process refund, please
This the community part of Moz - if you want to be reimbursed please contact Moz directly https://moz.com/about/contact. I would also advice you to remove the password you published. You can already cancel your subscription - go to https://moz.com/subscriptions and click "Cancel Subscription" to avoid that you get billed for the following months. Next time you take a free trial make sure you read the text properly - it clearly states: "Your 30-day free trial begins once you click "Start My Free Trial!" below. We perform a $1 pre-authorization to ensure your credit card is valid — we won't actually charge your card until the end of your trial. If you cancel your subscription in your first month you will not be charged. If you don't cancel by day 30, your card will be charged for your first month of service. You can cancel your subscription at any time." Dirk

How unsubscribe to Moz
That depends on the tool! If you're using Moz Pro, Moz Content, or Followerwonk you'll have access until the end of the time you paid for. However, when canceling a Moz Local listing, the listing will immediately go away. For Moz Local, you can simly opt out of renewal to finish out the subscription period!

How can I improve our sites domain authority?
This is a rather difficult question to provide a clear answer for. There is not one thing that will influence DA, rather several things done correctly over time may or may not influence your DA. For more information, I strongly recommend reading this from Moz - https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority

Ref: Refund
You probably want to contact a member of the MOZ help team directly rather than posting it on a forum... They're more likely to see it and respond if you visit https://moz.com/help/contact/account - Scroll down to the bottom and enter the details in the form.

On Oct 1st I set up a report to be sent to my client MONTLY... however it says the next report will be sent out Dec 1st. Same on other clients...is this monthly or every 2 months
Hey Charles, Sorry for the confusion here! In the main custom report section, we only show two dates, the date the report was created and the date the next report is scheduled to run. We don't show the date the last report was run in the main custom report section, but we do show it if you go to the Actions dropdown on that page and select "Download Past PDFs." From there, you will see a calendar pop up for the current month, which in this case displays that the report was sent on November 1st: http://www.screencast.com/t/nU9hH3Sog3H9 This report was also emailed to both you and the additional client email you added on November 1st in an email titled "Your Monthly Report" per the email settings in the custom report. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

When will true multi-user log-in be available in Moz Pro? How about an archive?
Might depend of your budget and your country, but in most of the cases (if you spend a lot of money) you have a Google rep. I had a siimilar case before and we had continuous contact with a Google rep. in Chile. Why not move forward calling again and ask for the Google rep. assigned to your MCC/account?

Campaign Update Notification Anomaly and some misc questions re Moz Analytics
Hi Jordan, The campaign seems to have updated now in part only, on the dashboard but in search section still previous weeks date with some modules empty, ill email help@moz Re On-Page Opportunities within 'Insights' - according to my understanding this module is completely meaningless without a keyword to give it context so, if i am correct just wandering when its going to be fixed (as in the keyword the rank relates to is actually displayed so we can see which is the opportunity keyword ? Although I think Jeremy @MOz may be looking into this now as per my comment and his replies in this thread: https://moz.com/community/q/new-on-page-reports-launching-today-in-moz-analytics All Best Dan

What is the difference between the "Crawl Issues" report and the "Crawl Test" report?
I may be wrong, but I always assumed Crawl Diagnostics was part of the Moz Pro Analytics. Wheras Crawl Test was a public tool. (Like Open Site Explorer vs Links Analysis in Moz Analytics.) So using the tool from within Moz Pro was more extensive. Disclaimer: This is just based on an assumption I've made in the past. Mozzers, correct me if I'm wrong please!

Analytics Losing Connection
Hi Caxton I had this a few times and asked MOz help and they said: "that type of message is typically crops up when there is an issue with the level of permissions associated with the GA login info that was used to connect it. So, I would recommend making sure that it is being re-authorized with the most authoritative set of admin credentials for that GA account; ideally, the original creator of the Google Analytics account." They also said to watch the number of GA accounts/profiles since has a token limit and once exceeded can cause connection issues. So say your accessing a a clients design agencies GA account to import your clients data into Moz, if the agency has lots of clients all with their own GA profiles in their accounts then that can cause you to exceed token limit and break the connections. However i can always reconnect/reauthorise the connection (although very annoying that i have to every time i view a campaign), wheras sounds like you cant reconnect so prob best to email help@moz if i were you. Hope this helps a bit ! All Best Dan

I want my money back they moz was not suppose to charge me since they extended my free trial for another month. I am a blogger and can put this out to my 6000,000 a year followers if Moz does not refund me my money.

How can we download/save campaign data prior to canceling?
Hi Nate, Dirk's recommendation for the Ranking History CSV is correct; that report will provide you with the history of your rankings for the life of the campaign. For the other sections of the campaign, we don't really provide historical data, but you can download the most current CSVs or PDFs for your reference. Once you cancel the account, your campaigns are automatically archived so we will stop collecting data going forward. We only display twelve cycles (days or weeks) in the campaign, so if you decide to reactivate your account after about three months, you will no longer see past data in your campaign but all of the settings will be saved and we will begin updating data in the campaign again within about a week. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Manage Complete Keyword List
Hi Leanne, On the "Tracked Keywords" tab of Add Manager Keywords, you will see all the keywords you're tracking by scrolling down. There are filters branded / un-branded as well as the ability to add custom labels which help you sort them. If you haven't selected a filter all the keywords should be visible on that page. Hope it helps, Don

Why moz do not show website competitive metrics
Hi There, This is a fairly tricky one to answer, though it does seem that I will need to agree with our crawler on this one. There seems to be a few questions so if I miss something or you would like some additional clarification let me know. My instinct is that when it comes to the contact info the .lv is throwing us off. Though we are working hard to include more TLD's my gut instinct is that when we attempt to parse the page the lack of a .net or .com email is throwing us off. One important thing to know when it comes to spam score is that these are just general indicators that we associate with spam. There is always the chance that a non spammy site will have some indicators attributed to it but still not be spam, depending on how the site was set up. The next two issues are not mutually exlusive because it looks at the site as a whole and not the homepage. So for example if you have a portion of the site that is comprised of a small amount of text without any substantial content both of these triggers could occur. We know this is a lot so I would really recommend reviewing Rands post on spam score here: https://moz.com/blog/understanding-and-applying-mozs-spam-score-metric-whiteboard-friday I would really recommend reviewing this material and speaking to your web developers. Spam score is a great first step to facilitate a conversation between you and your developers to focus on areas of the site that may be problematic. It may be the case that the portions of the site that have thin content have a very good reason for being there so they should stay. I know this is a lot so if you have any questions for me let me know!
