Change non-www to www failed
Hi, only one version, either the non-www or www should throw an HTTP header status 200. Suppose you prefer the www version then you should ideally have the non-www version redirected to the www version via a server-side 301, permanent redirection. You can also set the preferred domain setting to the www version in Google webmaster tools account. With 301 in place, you should see things falling on the right track. Care should be taken that only the preferred version URLs are used for any and all of your campaigns as well as link building or link earning purposes. Best regards, Devanur Rafi

URL ERROR
Hey There, Unfortunately, it looks like we aren't able to create a campaign for http://www.magallanes.cl because the server for that site is returning a 403 Forbidden error to our crawler: http://www.screencast.com/t/bVgWuFNvm. I would recommend working with your webmaster to white-list our crawler, rogerbot, so that we are able to access your site. Problem creating campaign
Hey There, Sorry that you are running into this issue with your campaign! Unfortunately, we can't track a site at specific path such as .html, so that may be why you are running into this issue. You should be receiving an error when you try to input that URL, and I am having my engineers look into why the error isn't showing correctly. In order to track www.sweetlimeuk.com/index.html, you will actually need to create the campaign using the URL sweetlimeuk.com. You will receive a notice that this page redirects to the index.html page, but you can just select "No, track the redirect" to move past that. Finding out Who has high DA\PA and getting a backlink
Keep in mind that Domain Authority is a Moz metric, and not a metric that the search engines use for ranking. It's correlated with how well things tend to rank, but shouldn't be used as the final judgment for a link. Chapter 7 of the Beginner's Guide to SEO at http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo deals with links and can give some good ideas of how to get started.

New to MOZ, can't create a campaign.
Hey! This is somewhat of a common issue with strange configuration issues with specific machines. Especially on Macs. Our engineers have identified three possible causes and solutions for this issue: Highly sensitive anti-virus software. The way to get around this is to whitelist moz.com in the software. If you are running Sophos Anti-Virus on Mac. Disable the option 'Block malicious downloads from websites, protecting your Mac from obfuscated, polymorphic and zero-day threats before reaching your browser'. Enterprise firewalls that block us, which you may need to work with your IT department on if you do not have direct access to your firewall settings. VPN connection/profiles. Disabling or removing the VPN profile has been known to be a common issue. We confirmed that the problem was the Cisco AnyConnect client installed on his machine. Even if the client isn't actively running, a background service it installs blocks CORS requests. Uninstalling it allowed him to use MA immediately. It's very tricky but hopefully one of the above issues is the culprit, which can be fixed. Hope this helps!

Can I upgrade my moz subscription from large to premium without getting my campaigns being deleted?Do i need to wait till the end of the month to resubscribe?
Hi there! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! If you upgrade nothing will happen to your existing campaigns. An upgrade just increases your limits, and frees up space more more juicy data. You should be good to go! However, if at some point you decided to downgrade, you'd want to lower your limits within your campaigns first. The system won't delete campaigns, but if you downgrade plans before lowering your limits, it will archive certain campaigns so you don't go over your data. I'm setting up a new campaign and getting the error "This does not appear to be a valid URL" What's wrong?
Hi, Without knowing the URL you are trying to use or being able to see the process makes answering this question very difficult. I'd advise you to get in touch with someone from Moz at Help@Moz.com They will be able to advise you on this issue and hopefully fix it. Hope this helps

How are keywords assigned to the On Page Rankings
Thanks Robert, It's all good food for thought and I appreciate your taking the time to chime in. I've just begun working more hours at an eCommerce business and they rolled their own site so there is much to do in terms of SEO, duplicate content, duplicate title tags etc. Understanding how the MOZ reports do what they do helps me prioritize my work. jc

Why isn't my Campaign Data updating?
Hey, Welcome to Moz pro. If you click on "About your data" which is on the right hand side just above domain authority, it will give you all the info on how often each section is updated. Not all elements update at the same time. Some are daily whereas others are weekly. I would wait for a few days and if you still haven't received anything then get in touch with a member of the Moz help team. I'm sure you'll see some updated data in a couple of days. Another potential reason could be because Moz just updated the user interface for the campaign data (about a week or two ago). They may be having some intermittent problems with data presentation or collection. Hope this helps.
