Can you help me with setting up a campaign? I get stuck after I put in the domain name and the other information doesn't go through.
Hi Roshni Can you email us with the URL you are attempting to add at help@moz.com or reply here if you don't mind sharing. Just want to make sure you are adding a sub-domain, root-domain and sub-folder and not a page which will not work. You also want to make sure you are adding the URL as it resolves if you have any re-directs, especially 302 re-directs. If your site re-directs from domain.com to www.domain.com then you would need to enter www.domain.com Let me know if this helps

Does Moz provide more than just the SEO Tool?
Your the consultant and Moz has the tool's to monitor and give you idea's on how to improve SEO. I would defiantly recommend checking out the on page grader - https://moz.com/researchtools/on-page-grader It has helped me improve my organic SEO really well by making sure I have the search terms in all of the right places. it's good to send to the customer as well so you can show them how there pages have improved. Communication to the customer is key with SEO. Moz does have a list of recommend consulting companies which may be worth checking out - http://moz.com/article/recommended

Is there really only room for 3 competitors?
This was a deal breaker for me as well. I'm still going to trial Moz in terms of identifying other potential benefits, but I came here to evaluate competitive intelligence tools. I'm mostly concerned right now at learning everything I can about at least 9 competitors, so this won't do for me. It'd be nice to have everything in one dashboard or package - the campaign intelligence you have here and competitor intelligence.

MOZ custom report is spamming my inbox
Hey There, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion! The duplicated reports are a side-effect of a process we use to ensure that all of the custom reports run in a timely fashion. Basically, we have a minimum standard for how much data has to be collected before we update a campaign. For example, we require at least 95% of the keyword rankings to be collected for the campaign before we update that data. In this case it seems that your data collection completed the minimum requirements, so we then generated the report for the campaign. Our system automatically retried collection for some of the missing data from the campaign collection and we were able to retrieve it, so the campaign was updated again and an updated version of the report was generated. The problem is, if we set custom reports to wait for all data to show up before generating the report, we run the risk of the system not recovering the additional data, and customers not getting any report at all for that time period. So, we err on the side of sending out an additional report when we get a final data collection. We are strategizing on how to handle this better, but the current strategy is optimized for delivering the best data possible to the most customers, most of the time. I hope this information helps. Homepage duplicated content - 301 redirection - "Rel="canonical" - Headache
Hi here is how http://www.webconfs.com/how-to-redirect-a-webpage.php http://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection To determine rather not you should redirect to www. or no-www use http://moz.com/researchtools/ose to figure out which has more back links pointing to it then 301 redirect to that. In terms of if one is better than the other there is really not a difference however if they are both equal meeting having no back links or identical. You might want to go with www. simply because having the subdomain allows you to do some more things like add Google page speed other miscellaneous things in the future. But really go with the one with the most links if there are no links then choose the one you want going to Google webmaster tools to make sure you add both examples.com www.example.com to Google webmaster tools than pick the same URL you chose to redirect to as your main URL Google will then only send Google bot out looking for that URL Here https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/44231?hl=en Hope this helps, Tom

How to locate page with the duplicate title? (Crawl Diagnostics - Duplicate Titles Warning)
Hi, when you click on the error, it should list the URL of the page which has one title, and then underneath that, the other page(s) that have the same title.

Why cant I add my site to a campaign?
There must be something else. I am using Bulletproof security and it does not have anything in the access fuel that should block you. Even if it did (1) I deactivated it and tried setting up the account and it still threw me an error, and (2) I have several other Wordpress installs with Bulletproof Security and Moz can crawl them with no problem. There must be something else here. What should I do? I need a solution to this quickly as its already causing me to be behind schedule. Thanks!

I could not find a support number for Moz on your site
Hi Chris, We actually only very rarely remove questions in Q&A. In this case, four different users have volunteered their time to answer the question, and removing the question would be Moz removing their time and effort from the community. You can edit the title of your question and the content of the question, but the replies will remain. It will also help users in the future who may have a similar question. Thanks for understanding! Not a valid URL?
I did send a message to help@moz.com. Dont think its a server-level block of Rogerbot, because two other sites on the same server work just fine. I'll post what I find later
