  • I'd be glad to help. Pm me the details you need help with or areas you aren't sure how to set up. I'm guessing you are going this route for speed, but you can also find plenty of documentation in the moz help section.

  • Thanks for the quick response. Great! Yep I've found that on the standard Pro account you can only track 3 competitors per campaign, hence our need to break out our categories into different campaigns. One issue I can foresee though is with our product URLs which look like this: example.com/product/title/1234567 Therefore a product in the Games category wouldn't necessarily be tracked. Is this correct? Would adding a keyword that relates to this product to the Games campaign make a difference? Thanks!

  • Hi There, As Sheena said in the previous response making sure that you are logged into the correct account is always the first step to trouble shooting GA. From here we generally recommend to completely disconnect and reconnect your Google Analytics profile in MA. To do this please follow the instructions provided: Head to your campaign settings by clicking the button on the right-hand side of your campaign: http://screencast.com/t/V01YCyARn -Click the pencil icon next to the Google Analytics section of the settings page: http://screencast.com/t/TYMEMb4UI Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/psmFgYkOm74R Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you are logged into the GA account that has admin access to the GA profile for the site you are tracking for this campaign. Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! If you continue to run into issues please feel free to write into help@moz.com and you will be able to speak to a customer service representative 1:1. Hope this helps and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great day!

  • In the top right you will see "MOZ PRO" click on that. This will bring you to your home page that will have a listing of your website. Click the "View" button next to it on the right hand side. This will bring up your dashboard and on the left hand side you will see a menu like this: Dashboard Search Social Links Brands & Mentions Click on the one that says "Search." From there, scroll to the very bottom and on the right hand side there will be a list of the errors you're looking for.

  • Hi There, Thanks for writing us so there seems to be a few things going on here so if you need any additional clarification please let me know. So Moz will use a dynamic IP, so there is not just one IP we can provide for authentication. Unfortunately, your best course of action in this case would be to authorize Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; rogerBot/1.0) This would need to be conducted on the hosting level so you would need to work with your current hosting provider for a viable solutions. Also, you could set up your robots.txt file to disallow all robots except for Google and Rogerbot, unfortunately malicious robots will often ignore robots.txt files, so any long term solutions would need to go through your hosting provider. I am sorry that we could not provide more assistance on this matter and hopefully the attacks on your site do not last. Have a great day!

  • To my knowledge, you have to connect a business page to a personal page. That personal page acts as a business page manager.

  • Hmm that is very weird. Does that also occur in another browser? Do you have any extensions or plug-ins you can disable to see if it will appear?

  • Hi there! For this kind of question you can actually contact our help team here: https://moz.com/help/contact I did take a quick look at your account and see that you have A and B grades as well and there doesn't seem to be an issue.

  • Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Help Team here at Moz. Sorry to hear you ran into this! This sounds a little wonky! For bio searches there aren't any limits, and for comparison and analyze reports there are limits of 500 reports (per hour, which would be pretty impressive to hit!) if you're a Pro user. If you're still running into this, can you email us at help@moz.com? We just need the following information: the email address associated with your account your Twitter handle the specific types of reports you're trying to run screenshots of the error messages you're seeing We should be able to help you troubleshoot from there! We look forward to seeing your email! Cheers, Erin

  • Moz will crawl the site every week so you'll need to wait a few days for that to happen. In the meantime you could try using the Moz Crawl tool to do a manual crawl. Depending on the size of your site this can take a few days so you might find it's just worth waiting for the weekly crawl. You can find the crawl tool here: https://moz.com/researchtools/crawl-test If you site isn't included in Google's index because it was inaccessible due to the robots, txt, then you'll want to go into Google Webmaster Tools and use the Crawl -> Fetch as Googlebot to kickstart Google crawling/indexing your site.

  • Hello, you will first and foremost want to peruse this beginners guide http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo. I do not rely on their on page optimization grader. Regarding the Grade "F" --  it says F because your page is not aligned with the keyword that moz software is grading your page for. ie your page ranks #1 for "farm raised pearls" but the page gets an F because the keyword moz software is grading you on is "farm raised pearl necklace".

  • Hey There, Thanks for writing in with a great question! The Medium account level offers a total of 500,000 pages crawled, but this is automatically set at 50,000 pages for each of your 10 campaigns. At the Medium level, the page limits for the campaigns cannot be changed or customized. The campaign crawl limits can only be customized at the Large level and above. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Yes, you can do all those things. You can select which keywords you want to compare individually. Also, if you have them selected, you can delete them too. I attached a screenshot with one keyword highlighted and the delete button highlighted. Hope this helps! ubiBurP
