Long tail searches
I see. So Moz's rank tracking tool is probably better utilized for tracking more generic terms like things you'd have at a category level, "[some county's] bankruptcy filings" vs the specific item level pages within your site. The information you can get on those is more readily available in something like Google Analytics; for example, you could run a report that is filtering just the item level pages and check their level of organic visits. Cheers!

Other Visit in the Dashboard
Other traffic usually includes traffic that Google can't pinpoint, like referral clicks from no follow links, some clicks from Bing PPC, things of that sort. It is not usual for it to include traffic from AdWords. Google wants you to be able to analyze that data because they don't want to discourage you from spending. If you want to be sure, make sure that your analytics code is correct, and maybe implement some of the conversion tracking tools in AdWords. Here is some detail on that.

Weekly Report not updated since Jan 26\.
I also have a lagging campaign; typically I receive reports on Wednesdays, but no update since Jan 28. Other campaigns seem healthy.

Duplicate Page Content and Title
Thanks so much, Ryan and Alex for the information. I can see I need to do some more research, so I appreciate the links and advice. We're using Yahoo Web Hosting and the Small Business Plan so, unfortunately as best I can tell, there's no support for 301 redirects. I didn't realize this was not a feature as our site is fairly small and I've never needed to redirect anything before. I've been thinking about moving the site for a long time and now I'm thinking I should step that up. I've had the preferred Domain name set up in Web Master Tools for years. I don't see anything else there that seems to help. Thanks again!

Campaign Keywords Vs. Rank Tracker
Thanks for the question! For the most part, all rank-tracking tools are pretty much the same. Most tools out there incorporate two things: 1.) Choosing a search engine and country and 2.) Adding a parameter to show non-personalized results. the rankings that will be delivered will then include (only) those two factors. However, the actual SERP that any person actually sees will be personalized and reflect his search history, the device he is using at the moment, whether he's logged into his Google account, his Google+ activity, his physical location (especially when searching on mobile devices), and a lot more that we probably don't even know. So, it's important to know that any "ranking" that a person sees via any tool is always going to be an estimation. There are more than 200 ranking factors (as best as we can know) and no tool can incorporate all of them to present the exact same picture that Google sees -- chiefly because we don't know all of those factors and we don't know everything about that factors that we do know. So, the actual ranking positions that a person sees will often not line up exactly with what a tool shows. Tools pretty much give you a good guess as to a ranking, but it's still just a guess. What I would recommend: People should care more about the overall trend than a specific ranking. If the tools show that rankings are slowly but surely increasing over time, then you're on the right track. It's a marathon, not a race.

A lot of duplicate content issues - does Moz understand canonical URL?
Check my answer to similar question: http://moz.com/community/q/pages-with-rel-next-prev-still-crawling-as-duplicate Even if you add a canonical url, those pages are technically duplicated, that's why moz report will keep reporting them as duplicate, in the report the canonical url is shown in a different column, so if you don't care about them you can just filter them out.

Why wont rogerbot crawl my page?
Very glad to see you got it working! You can mark the question as answered to let others know it is fixed.

Why is "preview this query" button greyed out in Add & Manage Queries?
Write in to help@moz.com so that we can take a peek at your campaign, we should be able to figure out the cause of that negative number pretty quickly.

Image alt tag
For the key words to be recognized, I have to input the image in the text editor section as opposed to using the Set Featured Image in wordpress. Thanks for your feedback.

Keyword rankings and tracked keywords - add manually?
I'm afraid its a job to be done manually (you can bulk upload the keywords so don't panic too much!) you can find out how to here - http://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/keyword-rankings/add-and-manage-keywords 1,000 is rather a lot is may be worth looking if you need that many e.g. are they all getting month searches etc. depending on what Moz plan you've got you may not have enough keywords in your campaign be able to add that many. Take a look at http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo/keyword-research if you want some ideas Hope that helps.

Crawl Page Issues
331 pages returned by Screaming Frog. Sorry, looks like the search wouldn't be causing it. I do see a lot of your crew pages are throwing a 301 redirect to screaming frog, but I can't duplicate this manually. It doesn't seem to crawl past page 9 though. Also, most of your internal links are redirecting as they include the city name in the url, and then strip the city out for the final page. I can't seem to access your robots.txt to see if something is preventing the crawling of these pages, but that might be where the problem is.

Getting started with moz
Hi Darren! We do have walkthroughs that can help guide you through your setup at the link Keszi provided. We also have a live welcome webinar hosted by our Success Team each week. You can register here: http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started/welcome-webinar As far as correct settings go, we can only verify your campaign URL is setup the way you want it to, the other settings will be up to you to confirm. For example if you want to track all pages within a domain, then setup a root domain URL as domain.com, this will track all pages and sub-folders for the entire site. If you only want to track the root domain, or only a sub-domain or sub-folder. Then you would check the box in the advanced settings to "exclude all sub-domains" and you would put www.domain.com or www.domain.com/folder/ This means we would only look for rankings for that specific URL. For competitors, we can only track the specific URL set. If they appear on Google as www.domain.com, then make sure to add them with the sub-domain. I highly recommend signing up for the webinar as it is the only way we can provide live walkthroughs of our tools. Hopefully the other resources can help as well!

Key words-competitors
I would look at meta keywords using ScreamingFrog - you could do it the manual way by right clicking and viewing source however not worth wasting your time now you have this awesome tool which will help you optimise your site and have a cheeky glance at your competitors

Moz have any keyword Suggestion tools or any best tools
Hello, As other users have suggested we don't have a direct keyword suggestion tool but upon campaign setup we will pull a few suggestions from an integration with one of our partners. We also offer keyword opportunities which are words sending traffic to your site that you are not currently tracking. Cheers - James - Moz Help Team

Subdomain not showing up in ranking reports?
Hi Linda, once a campaign is setup the settings for the URL cannot be modified. You will only be able to set how to track a domain during the setup process. A new campaign would have to be created if there is a change to the domain. If you enter a root domain, our tool will track data for any pages at the root domain level including all sub-domains. If you enter a root domain, sub-domain, or sub-folder and check the advanced box to "exclude all sub-domains" this means we will only track pages within the URL as entered. This means if you entered a root-domain and you are now ranking for the www-version of the site, all of your rankings will not be found in the top 50 search results because we are only looking to track the root-domain version. For Patrick the campaign is setup as a catch-all which is good so there will not be any issues pulling data. There is common confusion on how we collect rankings data. When a campaign is setup and keywords are entered. Our tool will search those keywords on Google/Bing/Yahoo, etc and will look for results that match the configured domain. Hope this helps! If your keyword is ranking for a page on your sub-domain or root domain in the top 50 results, then that exact URL will be listed next to the keyword.
