How to modify timeframe?
Hi Crazydiamond! In order to track weekly reports we recommend setting up custom reports to create and store a PDF for the data you wish to track together or separately which can be downloaded at anytime. We don't have the capacity to maintain historical data in the UI outside of the graphs. Custom reports are the way to go! Here is more information on how to setup reports: moz.com/help/guides/custom-reports Hope this helps!

MOZ Monthly Custom Report Question
Unfortunately right now there is not. We try to get them out as quickly as possible though. If you're having issues again this coming month, please email us at help[at]moz.com and we'll see if perhaps there's something specific going on with your campaigns.

Google Plus not loading...any ideas?
Hello! This can be a bit confusing especially if you have several accounts set up under your profile. First you'll want to track the profile, once that's set up, you'll add the specific page that you want to track. For example, in the image I've attached, I first set up my Google+ profile which is an admin on the Moz Google+ page. Then I went in and added the Moz Google+ page, after my profile was created. Hopefully the attached image and explanation will help! Please me me know if you have additional questions. plY7nWQ

Hello! Your weekly updates are set to appear every Thursday by the end of the day (PST). The week from the 18th - 25th completed on the 25th so the current week completed yesterday. The next week from the 2nd through the 8th will appear on the 9th, etc. Hope this helps!

Is it possible to connect a Facebook page that I manage?
Hi there, thanks for your question! Yes, you can track any Facebook page that you manage. Under Campaign Settings, when you connect the Facebook account associated with the page you want to manage, all the pages you manage wish said show under Facebook Accounts on the same page. (You may need to click on the pencil icon next to Facebook Accounts, though.) Click on "Track This Profile" next to the name of the page you wish to track.

Moz not reading Visit to my website
Hi There, I am really sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. This would be a great question to send into help@moz.com, because we can go over account details and provide a one on one correspondence with a helpster. Also, in order to verify if there is an issue with GA we will sometimes need a screen capture of your GA account numbers. In general though, we usually take a snapshot of the your GA traffic at the start of the day and if Google finishes collection after we take the snapshot the results may be a bit off. This can create a discrepancy, but from the information you have provided it would seem to indicate a larger issue. We should be able to resolve it once you email help@moz.com and if you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime please let me know. Have a great day!

Hi, I'm looking to find out why a google+ account that was rarely used has 10,000 views. I want to discover what sites it is linked to. I entered the page url but no joy. can anyone help?
Profiles like that tend to be used by spammers etc. you can tell by lack of activity, profile picture is used to heck it could be getting views from other sources used by spammers etc. stumble upon or Fivverr etc. I wouldn't worry too much about it, its not a legit profile. On top of this the view count is only a rough indicator. I also don't know if bots raise the view count everyday etc. Sorry I couldn't get the exact reason but confidant its not legit. vHVCSKT

Moz Not Pulling Monthly Data
Hi there, Campaign data is only viewable for the current week or days within the week. There currently isn't a way to pull up previous weeks data for comparison for things like crawl diagnostics and on page grades. Historical keyword rankings are available via a CSV export on the Rankings page though. Re: monthly data, we won't present this until the 4th of the month and we have roughly 24 days worth of data. This makes sure the reporting is as comprehensive as possible for a monthly view. So your first monthly report should be available by the 4 of October. Hope this helps clear things up!

How does campaign manager pick up search terms
Hi Ed, Thanks for letting us know about this issue. My initial impression of the situation is that this would be an excellent question to email to help@moz.com, because we can easily pass it off to our engineers if it looks like a bug and if the answer is specific to your account there are no privacy concerns. Hopefully this helps and if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask. Have a wonderful day and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Moz Private Message Restriction
I can totally understand that frustration, however It's not about whether you're a Pro Subscriber or not. Our site isn't currently set up to work as Facebook or other sites with on-going private messages unfortunately. The more messages sent, means the higher amount of spam that comes through, which we currently don't have a team to support the influx of spam reports.

Moz health check for newbies
Hey Ben! I'd also like to add to what Christy mentioned is that we do have a welcome webinar this Friday at 10am PDT: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/355765902. It's an hour long, and we'll walk you through Moz Analytics and other tools, and you'll have plenty of time to ask direct questions to the team and such as well. And welcome! Jen

Keyword Rankings .CSVs Per Timeframe
Thanks for the heads up and kudos for getting this figured out The workaround you found definitely doesn't sound ideal. I'll forward this along as feedback to our Product team for you to see if we can get a better solution in place.

I am trying to produce a yearly report
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. I appologize that it's taken us so long to get back to you, things have been a little hectic around here! There are a few things going on here. For starters, it looks like you just created your campaign on 9/15/2014. We can only track historical data back to the date you created your campaign, which means we don't have a year's worth of data to report on. We'd need a time machine to retrieve your data for the past year, and while I keep asking for a DeLorean, our engineers have yet to reproduce the Doc's technology. Additionally, we don't actually have a yearly reporting option. You can set up Custom Reports to run weekly and monthly, but not for the entire year. We love love love feedback though, so I'll definitely note this for our Product Team! You can also chime in on our Feature Request Forum. Our Product Team keeps pretty close tabs on this forum, and they will let you know if your idea is something we could bake in down the road! I hope this helps, and have a great rest of your week! Cheers, Erin

Fixing Non-Valid URL - Oops! This does not appear to be a valid URL. Please try again.
Hi Matthew! Thanks for reaching out! I appologize that it's taken us so long to get back to you, things have been a little hectic around here! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. You're totally right, you'll want to shoot us an email at help@moz.com with the URL you're using so we can dig into this and see if we can figure out why you're running into this "oops" error. Without knowing the URL you're trying to use, it's impossible for me to speculate as to what could be going on. I'll leave this marked as "unanswered" in case you want to keep working with Bryan, and we look forward to your email! Cheers! Erin

Https not sticking on competitor URL
Hello Tom, this is Abe from the Moz Help Team. I'd love to help! First, you will need to set up a new campaign and archive the current one if your primary campaign domain is incorrect. Right now we do not have the option to customize a campaign's main domain settings. Second, https:// is not available for competitor sites quite yet. We hope to add this capability and I apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any further issues, reach out to the Moz Help team at help@Moz.com. Ask for Abe.
