I am creating a campaign and want to connect a page that I manage.   However, I don't see how to do that. It clear how to connect my account but not the page.

Hi there, thanks for your question! Yes, you can track any Facebook page that you manage. Under Campaign Settings, when you connect the Facebook account associated with the page you want to manage, all the pages you manage wish said show under Facebook Accounts on the same page. (You may need to click on the pencil icon next to Facebook Accounts, though.) Click on "Track This Profile" next to the name of the page you wish to track.
