Hi Saad, As you've noticed, right now our plans only include the ability to run 100 full SERP reports a month. There is considerable cost in generating these reports, and we've found that 100 fits the needs of the vast majority of our users. That said, we're happy you are getting use out of it and would like to run more. Unfortunately we don't have a mechanism in place to allow you to order more without signing up for another account. If we get enough demand for the feature, our Product team may work to add that in. Hey There, Thanks for writing in. We actually don't have a way to submit an XML sitemap and we only crawl the site by following the HTML links in the source code. From what I am seeing in your crawl, we are find very few unique internal links on your site, so we are only able to find unique 6 pages using the HTML links. Unfortunately, it looks like the majority of your site is in Javascript, which our crawler is not able to parse, so we don't see any Javascript links on your site. I'm afraid that a site that is primarily in Java would not be compatible with our crawler. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn

Download the CSV report and take a look at the URLs to see if they offer a clue. It could be that suddenly there's new pagination or session IDs that are being indexed.

Thanks for the tip.  I verified that GWT has me set to brazil (was automatic because of the .br domain). So guess it's just because I haven't done any of the needed leg-work yet. I have some partners that are in related businesses I'm going to see about getting links from.

Hi Christine, We don't have those real-time capabilities, unfortunately. I'm on the community team, and we also use external tools for our daily management of Twitter (currently Exact Target/Cotweet, but are looking for alternatives).

Even Moz's grader doesn't take all factors into account, but the biggest issue you are likely missing are links, could be external or internal or both.  Make sure you have a few different keyword variations linking to the page, check the backlink profiles of a few of the top pages to make sure but I bet they have some anchor text links coming in that you are likely missing, giving them more relevance in the eyes of google.

Hey Robert! Campaign updates happen on a weekly basis on the same day every week. If you want to see changes before your next scheduled crawl, you can head over the Research Tools page and run a crawl test. This is a bit more limited in that it will only crawl up to 3k pages and is cached for a 24 hour period, but is the best bet if you don't want to wait. Hope this helps!

Hi there! The campaign timeframes default to the period for which we have data. So if your campaign has only been running for a couple weeks, the drop-down will only allow you to choose the most recent weeks' data set. Once the campaign has been active for a month, the monthly timeframe will be available as an option in the timeframe drop-down. You can create and schedule custom reports to go out weekly if you'd like. This way, you'll have a physical record of the campaign progress you can always refer back to. Hey Paul, Sorry for the late response. When you're setting up your reports you can select the monthly delivery schedule. However, in order to select the monthly time frame for your modules you will need to have enough data in the campaign for that time frame to be generated. Monthly time frames are generated on the first of the month assuming there is at least 21 days of data. I hope that answers your question. Cheers, Joel.

Thank you Erin, that's clear. Would however be nice to see a label after the dropdown mentioning that "Next timeframe will become available at  Apr 19th". Another thing : Where is the data from my previous timeframe gone ? The dropdown only shows the latest timeframe, so then why is it a dropdown if only the latest is available ? Happy easter !

I've found out that protecvinduer.dk is responding with HTTP code 302, a temporary redirect, to protecwindows.com. Since protecwindows.com isn't a subdomain of protecvinduer.dk, we won't any redirect from the former to the latter. You need to set up your campaign with protecwindows.com. Thanks for your question.
