Why can I only create 1 campaign

I created a new account and my Moz plan says, that I can have 5 campaigns. But it does not let create me another campaign in addition to my first one.

What to do???

1. Try logging out and logging back in.

2. If that doesn't work, perhaps try using a different browser.

3. If that doesn't work, call or email Moz: support@seomoz.zendesk.com or https://moz.com/help/contact

4. If all else fails, send them a message on facebook. They are pretty good about getting right back with you and will help guide you towards a solution. www.facebook.com/moz

I took a look at your account and I don't see any messaging that notes you have hit your account limits. If you are still seeing the messaging on your account, can you please send us a screenshot to help@moz.com so we can investigate the issue further?
