I have just cancelled my pro subscription
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I can confirm that your free trial is fully cancelled, and you will not get any charges to your credit card. When you cancel your free trial, you still have access to the tools and all their data for the full 30-day period. After that, your access will end and your card will not be charged. Hope that helps! Delete my account
Hi jfolpf, I'm afraid we don't support account deletion right now. However, you are welcome to change or remove any information in your Moz profile. We can swap out card details at our end, and once all this is done we can also ban your account to deactivate it. Please write into help@moz.com to get this ball rolling. Cheers! Jo

Adding company logo
Hiya! If you're on the Medium level plan or higher, you can upload a logo in your Campaign Settings. Just scroll down to the section called "Branded PDF Reports Logo". Hope that helps!

Still no invite to site crawl beta! Why bother?
Hi there! We can definitely help you out with checking on your invite status. Just reach out to help@moz.com with the email address you registered under. Invites do not depend on paid vs trial status. We've been adding those who signed up in batches, so it's possible we have not yet placed you in the beta, depending on when you registered! Thanks!

I have two listings, i sold one business i need to cancel the listing
Hello! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Here is how you can cancel your Moz Local listing in 4 steps: Head to your Moz Local dashboard and click the "Subscriptions" tab on the side nav bar https://moz.com/local/bulk/managed/subscriptions Click on the subscription level your listing is under In the Options dropdown to the right of your listing, hit “Cancel Listing” Click "Confirm cancellation" to cancel the listing If you change your mind, click "Keep my listing" to go back without taking any action. Here's a helpful video walkthrough: https://seomoz.wistia.com/medias/wnytti9jbm Please Note: Moz Local listing cancellations are immediate and irreversible. Cancelled listings cannot be recovered. If you'd prefer to just disable the auto-renewal on the listings instead of cancelling, you would want to choose the "Disable Renewal" option from the same dropdown menu mentioned above instead. Haven't received an update on site crawl issues more than a week
Thank you so much for your help. I think the past few site crawl reports were quite on time, normally just a day later than the scheduled day. You mentioned our site appears to be large in size, may I know if our site size has been increased recently or the same as the previous time ?

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?
Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. We were definitely experiencing multiple outages yesterday with our API that affected our Open Site Explorer tool, our Keyword Explorer tool, our MozBar toolbar, generation of PDF Reports among a couple other issues as well. You can view the history of these issues on our Health Page and scrolling down to the Past Incidents section. All issues should be resolved as of this morning, however. If you're still experiencing issues please send an email to help@moz.com with the details of those issues and we'll be happy to investigate further for you! Campaign Dashboard Error: "Our Connection to Your Google Account Has Been Lost"
I was getting the same yesterday. Clicked the link and reauthorised, then refreshed the page and the notification was back up. I figured it must be a bug given that I had just reauthorised (several times).

Error Code 612 with Squarespace
I also use squarespace and got the same 612 error code for my homepage today. www.riverrunnersusa.com. When MOZ crawled it for the first time the other day it didn't have a problem so I am wondering if it is something different that is causing the error for my site. Any ideas? Thanks Sarah

How can I get more than 300 keyword queries per month?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! Yep, the only way to get more queries in Keyword Explorer would be to upgrade your Moz Pro subscription to a higher tier.
