Why is comment moderation blocking all my comments? There are no links in them.
Hi there, SEOhanna, thanks for bringing this up! I'm so sorry you've mistakenly gotten caught up in moderation, that's really frustrating. We've been working to lessen the amount of comment spam on the blog, and added a few new filters to the moderation system. While most of the time those filters have been doing a great job of catching spammy comments (I've deleted about 10 posts inviting me to join the Illuminati in the last day alone!), we've noticed that a few spammy comments still slip through, and a few awesome comments get caught in the net. Because I'm the point person to manually go through and approve or deny comments, I can attest to the fact that your insights are just the kind I love to see on the Moz blog! I'll see if we can't find a way to lower the defenses a bit while still keeping the spam away, and in the meantime, please reach out if you run into anything else that's frustrating -- we're here to help!

Erase sensible data from account when cancelling it
Hi there, With the credit card details, we restrict access to these so it's not possible for you to delete them but if you email us at help@moz.com, we'll take care of this for you. You can also ask us to deactivate your account at this time. You can also change or remove any information in your Moz profile, and edit any comments you've made to be blank before we take care of the deactivation to remove this data.

Both campaigns are now useless due to URL rewrite?
I am not blocking anyone and my pages are all less than 2mb, considerably. My site is https://antiquebanknotes.com Would the 902's affect my rankings? For example, Moz is telling me that I rank 51+ for "1901 ten dollar bill" but it looks to me like I am 4th

I want do delete my account
I had a free trial month that Moz extended to another month all in an email then they charged me the 2nd month that they said in an email that they will extend I can put that email up if you want. I want my money back they moz was not suppose to charge me since they extended my free trial for another month. I am a blogger and can put this out to my 6000,000 a year followers if Moz does not refund me my money.

How can I find details when Campaign was created and by Whom in my account?
Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. I'm afraid our tools don't keep records of which user (seat) has made changes to campaign data. We do keep track on our end the dates & times and what changes are made to campaigns, but we don't record any data about the user who made the changes. I apologize for the above info, as I'm sure you were hoping for a different answer. Please let me know if there's more I can help out with - and as always, you can reach out to our team directly anytime by sending an email to help@moz.com or clicking the blue chat box icon on the lower left hand side of the product. Thank you! -Kristina

Billing and payment methods
Hi Noelia, Tireza here from Moz support team, we can definitely do invoice billing for all annual accounts, and the good news is that you get a great 20% discount off of the monthly rate when you go annual! Keep in mind that your account will automatically renew at the end of your 12 month billing cycle so be sure to let us know if you change your mind about renewing. We can get you set up in our system and send you an invoice when you fill out and return our order form. You can download our form here: After you complete the form, please email it to help@moz.com and we can get you set up from there. https://seomoz.box.com/s/gyj4skxnypwvvqt9pkop If you don't have an account with us yet, we'll also need you to register your email address here: https://moz.com/community/join Hope this helps!

Staff??
Never look a gift horse in the mouth. Just kidding the legitimate Moz staff did a great job of letting you know it was an error with the system. Keep up the good work all the best, Tom

Moz having a few issues with their site?
Honestly i've been a bit inactive at the minute, however from what I can see the mozpoints is working fine. I do only see the staff badge when i'm logged in.

Google plus and 404 error message
I'm afraid that I don't know of a way to change these other than finding them all and manually amending them. We do let you know the URLs of the referring pages so you know where to look - this is easier to see if you download the CSV file for these 404 errors from your crawl. I think the Broken Link Checker Wordpress plugin can also offer you a list of these broken links that you can click through directly to amend them but I don't have any personal experience with this. Sorry I can't be more help!

Cancelling and asking for a refund
Hi Adriana, I just sent an email on the said email address. I also submitted a ticket a couple of hours ago and still hasn't received a response. Thanks

Moz usability
Personally, I find it easy enough - simple as a couple of quick clicks. The homepage of Moz.com is in my opinion more of a landing page aimed at attracting new clients and is about their products than existing users. Login and other elements are where I would expect them to be placed on the screen / menu. I would imagine most people are also advanced web users and have bookmarks and alike to make it a one click process as opposed to two/three. How would you improve on them? Surely that is more constructive

Do I have account access after my free trial ends?
Yes, asking and responding to questions is a paid feature. Unfortunately, this means you wouldn't be able to respond to old questions you have posted if you no longer have a paid subscription. You can, however, gain access to the Q&A forum without a paid account by getting over 500 MozPoints, which you can learn more about here. You can do that by adding valuable comments to the blog posts, completing your account profile, writing a blog post that gets accepted to the YouMoz blog, and a few other things noted in that link, as well.
