Why has my Google Analytics dropped completely from the results on this weeks crawl?
Hi Dave! There can be a delay to import traffic data from Google. The crawl diagnostics notification is only for the diagnostics and not traffic data but most campaigns fall on the same schedule if the profile was connected on the same day the campaign was created. Sometimes these issues are difficult to troubleshoot through the Q&A forum. How can I easily give access to a freelancer?
Right now, there is not a way to have multiple users to the same Moz account, though that is in development. One thing you could do is ask the freelancer what reports they would like to see, then run those reports, download them, and email them. They could also take a free trial and be able to set up a campaign for your site and see most of the same data (they just won't have historical data).

Cannot create campaign because Moz doesn't recognize my URL
Hi Alice You may need to check with your hosting provider to see if they might be blocking us for the springcoin domain. Make sure the following IP range is not blocked: 208.184.81.0-24

Moz Company & Personal Account Conflict
Hi Blenny, Currently there is no way to associate/merge/split Moz accounts. Generally, a feature request like this ( since we don't support it currently ) should be sent through our Feature Request Forum ( http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests ). This allows us to see what folks want to see & how popular those features would be. You can submit ideas & vote for other features you'd like to see. Both of which help our product team in deciding what to build next. My suggestion is to try and keep your community activity within your personal community account and work related activities ( campaigns, reporting, etc ) in the work account. That way your reputation stays with you regardless of what happens with work accounts. I know this doesn't help with stuff you've already posted, but would be a good place to start. Editing Community Profile not possible
Hi there! Thanks for writing in to Q&A! I ran a few tests adding your new website, and I have a troubleshooting idea for you! When you add your new site, make sure there are no spaces before or after the actual URL. I tried adding your site with spaces, and I got the same "There was a problem saving your custom URLs" error. I'm not canceling my MOZ subscription, but just so I know: if I want to cancel my MOZ subscription, can I do this per month, or per year?
Hi Sophie, You can cancel at anytime. If you need to cancel twice in a year, that's fine - and you can reactivate later. You'll still receive access to the tools for any amount of time you paid for. So for example, if you cancel 5 days after your last billing cycle, because you already paid for the month, you'll still have full access to the tools for the full month. Hope this clears things up. Latest Crawl Stats Not Showing
Hi Chad! Our engineers discovered an issue where our tool did complete the updates but did not import the data in the app's UI. They have been re-imported tonight and you should see your latest data by now. Let me know if not and if there is a specific campaign that isn't updated. Cheers!

Analytics reauthorisation
Hey Richard, Thanks for writing in. I just took a look at all of your campaigns and I do see that one campaign has never been connected to GA, but the other four are connected correctly and showing traffic data with no issue. I also don't see any authorization warning on the account. Can you please take another look and, if you are still seeing the issue, email help@moz.com with the name of the campaign having the issue and a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can investigate further?
