I don't see all my campaigns
S_Curtis is correct in that if you created a campaign in Pro, you'll be able to see it in Pro and Moz Analytics. If you created the campaign in Moz Analytics, you'll only be able to see it in Moz Analytics.

Once The Trial Is Over
To clarify a couple of those points for you: If you have earned over 500 points on your account over any time period, you are eligible for full access to Q&A to respond and ask questions. Accounts are reviewed for this access on an account-by-account basis. You keep your ID/username no matter what level of account you have (free, pro etc.) As all accounts are subject to a review, if you have concerns or questions about this it is well worth getting in touch with someone at the Moz team, they're incredibly helpful and will be able to let you know what your options are.

Here's one example -- http://www.statefarm.com/agent/US/CA/Pleasanton/name omitted-7X4H03GS000 . The Domain Authority is 93 for this agent page and page authority is 44. I checked a couple of other sites that use subdomains. One site used a www domain address and redirected that local branch/affiliate to the subdomain. In this case, local control was a requirement. I'm Not Being Charged Unless I Stay After the 30 day Free Trial
you won´t be charged until that date... moz will also send you a reminder that they will charge you on xx ... so you can decide to close your account or to keep it... very comfortable...

No New Keyword Ranking Reports

"Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
Hey Thomas, You can definitely remove a connection to GA by selecting the Disconnect button from the settings page but I'm afraid we don't have a way to know which account is connected by a user or an admin login. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that causes. Chiaryn

Why are my Custom Reports not auto emailing?
Hi Thomas, I'm excited to hear you're diving into the custom reports. The emails will send based on when you set up your report. Did you set it to daily or weekly, and when did you originally set it up? I'm curious if it just hasn't gone out yet. Thanks! Jen

I cancelled my 30 day trial but my visa was still charged. How can I have this charge reversed. I do not want to continue using Moz.

Back to Pro in New Moz Analytics Accounts?
Switching to Pro is only available for those accounts that were created in Pro. For the new accounts, there's not a way to go back to Pro. If you care to share (either here or in a PM) your preference for Pro and what we can do to make Moz Analytics better, I'd love to hear it and will pass along to the appropriate people here at Moz.

Mox connected to Google analytics account, but no data visible?
Hi Jeanette! If you just added your GA profile into your campaign, it will take up to 24 hours for daily traffic to appear and a week to show weekly data (default) If you go into Search > Traffic from Search and toggle the timeframe to daily you will see data appear. Hope this helps!
