Analytics loading to slow
Hey VWNatalie, I am really sorry that you are running into this issue. Unfortunately, I don't have an easy way to troubleshoot this in chat, so I would recommend sending us a screencast of the issue to help@moz.com. That way we can have our engineers investigate the issue further. It would also be great if you can include your computer and OS type along with the versions on the browsers you are using so we can test the issue in the same environment. I look forward to hearing from you there soon. Chiaryn

Can I create different login accounts to access different campaigns?
Right now we're looking at early next year. As you might imagine, there is a ton of testing to do when we go from one login=one account to many logins = one account.

Where are my October Monthly Reports?
Hi! These are delayed, but they should be done in the next few hours. We have a status update at http://health.moz.com/ regarding this, and really apologize for the delay.

I have a 404 status codesin my Moz report but the page can be accessed. I don't understand what does it mean.
Hi Catherine, I looked at your page and it looks like some of your links were called but was not included in your server as well as some other issues. Looks like its getting a 404 from your app cache, sometimes too many errors on a page can come back with 404 errors and still load. Some of the 404's that were listed is: /includes/js/jplugins/jquery.test.js also returns 404 ( did not add to server) /includes/img/menu_blog.png is giving a 404 ( did not add image to server) If you bring up your site in chrome you can right click - inspect elements - refresh - go to network tab. The links with errors will show up in red.

Deleting a site
If you delete or archive, then you do free up another space for an active campaign.

Problems staying logged in (again)
Keri, I am still having the same issues in the weirdest ways. IE: I go to Q&A (logged in), click on a question to post an answer, BAM, logged out. IE2: Logged in in Moz, go to OSE, BAM, logged out, return to moz, logged out too. I already signed off and back on, still no luck. Thanks for the help!

Hi Clojo, Just following up here and making sure you're able to see your campaigns now. Let me know if this is the case, or if we can lend a hand at all. Thanks!

Moz Analytics bugs
If you can submit a ticket now from that URL with your actual question, that would be great. I'll look for it and make sure it comes through. Thanks!

Is the moz site down
Just wanted to let you know we've launched a site that will help answer this question! http://health.moz.com/ is where you can go to see if we have any known major or trending issues. We just launched it today, and hope it helps for the next time we have a glitch.

Is Moz creating a Bunker-Mentality with its Customers?
I wanted to let everyone know that we just launched http://health.moz.com/. This lists the current trending issues at Moz, any information we have about a fix or ETA for a fix, and a direct link to the page to submit a ticket to the help desk. This is not hosted on Moz servers, so even if Moz itself is down, you'll be able to go here and see what's up.

Why hasn't my site info shown up yet?
I ended up turning off the campaign and restarting it. Worked like a charm.

How do I change back to a free membership?
I'm really sorry that you had a rough time reaching us over chat! The launch of Moz Analytics has increased our average reply time from a few hours to a day, and in some cases that's meant we haven't had as much time to provide live chat. If someone requests a call over email, we'll try to offer an answer in the reply email, but then also offer to schedule a call so you get service the way you want it. Unfortunately, hiring enough people to provide good phone support for every customer is expensive and makes scaling our product to a lot of people very difficult. We needed to limit phone support to billing-related issues in order to provide faster service to everyone, not just those who called in. We should have clear messaging about our phone number on invoices and in the billing area of an account. I'll investigate and make sure it's still there! Again, I'm sorry for the hassle. Thank you for letting us know and let me know if you have any other questions.

Unable to Access my Unfinished Campaign
Hi Elsa, Thanks for writing in! It looks like you did have a draft campaign set up in Pro a while back that Analytics is checking against which is why you're running into this error. It looks like you worked around it by creating a campaign with a different name, but Analytics definitely shouldn't be referring to Pro for this data. I'm going to create a ticket with you as the requestor and forward this along to our Developers for you. This way we can get the issue logged, repaired and I can let you know when its deployed. Thanks for reporting and let us know if there's anything else you need! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

Trial ended, card charged, but campaign data is gone!
Hi Brett Just wanted to make sure you are able to re-activate your campaign. Anytime an account is suspended or de-activated, if you were on pro then you can re-activate any archived campaigns from pro.moz.com/campaigns. Hope this helps!

I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?
Hey Sabina, Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you wrote in an email to our support desk on the 14th and Sam Weber responded to you there. I'm really sorry if you didn't see his response! It looks like you had used your entire account allotment of 50,000 pages crawled on the first campaign you had set up which is why you were not able to create another campaign. It looks like you've archived the original campaign and set up another campaign with only 1000 pages crawled so you should be able to set up other campaigns on your account now. If you would like to have the original campaign active on your account again, I would recommend temporarily archiving the campaign you currently have active on your account then activating the old campaign and adjusting the page crawl limit to a lower limit for that campaign from the settings page. You would then be able to reactivate your current campaign, since the total pages crawled would then come up under the 50,000 page crawl account limitation. I hope this helps clear things up. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

Why less social accounts on higher plans?
I do not have a need currently, I was just curious because I may need to upgrade soon and was trying to make sense of the pricing structure. Thanks for the clarification!
