I'd like to "pause" my account for a few months without canceling it. Is there a way to do so?
That is a great question! When you cancel, from here: https://moz.com/subscriptions , we archive your data automatically. This means that you can come back at any time a re-active those campaigns right where you left off This is the way we "pause" the membership for you. We hope to see you back soon!

How many devices can I download the MozCon 2014 bundle onto?
Lindsay is correct. You can technically download them as many times as you want. Our digital rights for them only extend to one downloaded copy, but we're pretty generous / don't really care for those sharing around their office. We do ask that you don't put them out publicly, do public showings, or charge others for them. Thanks!

I can't pull September monthly report, only August available, please help?
Hi Francois! All reports start running on the first of the month, but may not be complete until the 4th of the month. Plus, I see that you're in South Africa, so you may also simply be checking before the reports have finished on our end. If you don't see the report in the next 24 hours, send us an email at help[at]moz.com with the details of the campaign, and we'll dig into it! I hope this helps a bit. Thanks! Jen

Does the Moz toolset have a monthly reporting function yet? Can't seem to find it in the interface. I'm trialling the software but probably going to move to another service if this isn't available.

Hi Mohammed, You just did Seriously though If you are a Moz Analytics subscriber then yes you can post and respond to Q&A questions. Another way is to earn over 500 MozPoints (pending staff approval) then you can also post and respond to Q&A questions.

Problem with Moz Dashboard
We're having the EXACT same problem with the 902 error code from Moz. Google is NOT showing this code for us.However, MOZ showed it on Sept 11th but I believe it stemmed before that date.

Issues with Page Grader Tool and competitor KW Rankings
Hello Brian, thanks for the heads up! This is Abe from the Moz Help team. I hope I can help. The page you are trying to grade has a pop up with a Yes or No question, that our crawler can't get past. Make sure to use the on page grader tool with pages that do not have pop ups or mandatory questionnaires that show up when you go to the address. We do hope to add the ability to bypass these in the future. Make sure you are tracking the exact url that your competitor is ranking for in Google. If your competitor ranks for www.example.com and you have example.com (non-www) in your settings, we will not be able to display the correct results. Make sure to indicate the version you notice them ranking for in Google, in your campaign settings. I hope this helps! Why is not update any information of my campaign on the dashboard?
Hello! Your campaign is now showing data. It appears you made changes about an hour after the initial setup so it cancels the rush collection. For new campaigns you want to make sure the full setup is completed within 30 minutes. Hope this helps!

Invalid URL when creating a campaign
A hyphen shouldn't be an issue. The best thing to do would be to send an email to help@moz.com listing which domain is having an issue, and we'll be able to look into it directly there. Thanks!

What day does Moz update the keyword rankings, my campaigns are all over a week since the last update?
