What's my best strategy for Duplicate Content if only www pages are indexed?
Very informative - thank you! It seems when I think I have a relatively firm grip on SEO, I stumble upon something new - like the dangerous potential for an infinite loop in a 301 redirect in IIS. (That was Chinese to me two days ago;)) Your response solved my concerns - hopefully it will help somebody else when they face the same problem.

Branded PDF Report
I just upgraded to the next tier (2nd level) to gain access to the branded reports, but I cannot locate this option anywhere at all? Can you help me locate it by any chance? The http://pro.moz.com/campaigns link indicated below does not have any global settings…and the http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns link now refers to the new analytics which does not contain any reports options.

Safe places from which we I can use pics?
Be sure to check the specific licence and do your due diligence, but the Wikipedia commons has some great images: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Looking to pull a report from MOZ with global search volume
The current Moz keyword ranking report doesn't offer that functionality. The new moz analytics apparently will offer a keyword opportunities report sorted by global search volume, but I don't think that's what you're looking for. Probably the most "direct" (still indirect) way would be to pull the volume from adwords and use vlookup in excel to get the search volume per keyword. And then if you're interested in coming up with a report based on Moz's keyword rankings specifically for C-level execs, then I highly recommend checking out AJ Kohn's old post which answers that question precisely. And again, it looks like the new moz analytics will have a solid reporting graph that should cut out some of the work laid out in AJ's post. If you haven't seen it yet, you may want to watch this guy's review of it: http://youtu.be/mnPUfiIj7u4

Why No Answer From Email Forms
Emailing help@moz.com is your best bet. Also let them know which forms you used, so we're able to track down what may not be working. Do make sure that you've checked the email associated with your Moz account -- sometimes people have info@domain.com for their Moz email and forget to check that, or it goes to the accounting department.

Domain Authority Droped 4 Points
One of our sites dropped 3 points for DA at the last Mozscape index so you are not alone. And this occurred at at time when our search traffic has been growing considerably and we are performing better for the majority of our keywords than we have for some time. For this reason I'm not unduly worried and considering it just to be a fluctuation which will probably improve in due course. In fact, having looked at our competitors which I've been tracking for comparison, I've also seen that all of them have also experienced a similar fall in this latest index update.

Aren't domain.com/page and domain.com/page/ the same thing?
Wow, thanks guys! This is indeed an enterprise level site, so especially thanks to CleverPhD for the breakdown on trailing slash v. no trailing slash. Redirecting as we speak.

Hey all good mozzers - For my new publishing company, would you recommend building on a Wordpress Platform or a different CMS? I want it to look great to user and also allow me to fully optimize it for ranking purposes - thanks
Sure, if you have a developer that can set it up with a nice design, WP is also good from an seo standpoint!

Website disappeared from Google :(
Hi, It looks like for your site is either the EMD or panda 20. See visibility graph: http://screencast.com/t/nuADEP65t Since you are a good candidate for the exact match domain issue / update you can tackle that but first you should see if you are also a panda candidate and go with the vaccine base don the illness... Hope it helps.

None of my campaigns have updated since 7-01-2013\. Anyone know what is going on?
Hi Scott, I took a look at your campaigns and they have all updated in the past week. The one section that only updates with the Mozscape Index is the Root Domain Metrics and the last update was on 7/11/2013. We've posted about the current delay between Mozscape Index's on our API Updates Page and the next update is planned for 8/26/2013. If you see any specific out of date campaigns, email us directly at help@moz.com with your campaign names and dates expected for updates. They'll be happy to investigate further for you then.

Keyword Rankings Report Accuracy
Hey David, Tom brought up some good points and he's spot on with the fact that Google is always difficult to compare anything against. They have so many more details that we can't replicate even with incognito windows such as Region, IP Address, Time of Day, etc. I took a look at your account and compared a handful of keywords. You definitely have some volatile keywords that fluctuate often. This makes it harder to keep the reports up to date with the daily rankings since we run these reports weekly. You may want to utilize Rank Tracker to check keywords a bit more manually if you want more control over your comparisons. If you have more questions about your keywords and reports, the help team is always happy to investigate specific situations to give you more details about the comparisons. Feel free to email your examples to help@moz.com and let us dig in for you more.

Is the keyword ranking number used for MOZ Pro an average position taken across the time period?
Hi Martijn Thanks for your response. So, it's a one-time result for each crawl? Doesn't seem very reliable to me...

White Label Version of Moz Pro?
There is a version of moz that allows for white label Reports but not the ability to allow someone to log in and rummage through the data. You can create special reports for them and have them sent automatically. To upgrade your account to the white label ability, you can go to your subscription tab and upgrade there. If you just want to create reports that are customized, you can go to your campaign and select create report. Just understand that the $99 version allows you to create reports but not white label them. Only the $199 and up packages allow you to fully white label.

Why has the Historical Domain Analysis report not updated since 11th July 2013?
Hi Matt, Thanks for the question! All of the data in a campaign's Link Analysis page is actually from our Linkscape index. Linkscape data is also used to update metrics in Open Site Explorer. Generally, our index is updated roughly every two weeks, but we ran into a problem with data quality on the last scheduled update which caused us to postpone it. Here is a blog post that goes into more details regarding what happened: http://moz.com/products/api/updates The next scheduled update is set for 8/26/13, so until then, the Link Analysis data won't see any updates. We're sorry for any inconvenience here and let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

New to Moz and wanted a bit of help with my report
Since I don't know the exact nature of your duplicate pages, its a little hard to give a solid answer. Firstly, a canonical is a signal not a directive... so the search engines can choose to disregard it. Second, there are a few ways to consider handling duplicate page content. If your duplicate needs to exist for some reason and is a straight copy of another page or features a duplicate subset of content found on another page, then you could consider a canonical. If the duplicate page serves no real purpose and there is a better version of it elsewhere, then you could go with a 301. If the page needs to exist but could be re-written into something more relevant than its current state, do some tweaking to make it unique.
