  • Hi Samuel, If your campaign is setup for a root domain then any new subdomain you add will automatically be tracked. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any questions

  • This is just superb information. Thanks so much for sending it my way. I am going to read through this carefully. I have a lot of work to do : )

  • Hi Everyone, Thanks for writing in. We don't have a set "number" for when invites will go out to specific users from the invite list, since we will be letting users into the beta in groups and not one at a time. For example, PRO members that are attending MozCon will be given beta access for their current campaigns starting tomorrow, so that is about 900 users that are all being let in at the same time, users that technically all have the same place in line. Even if we had your exact place in the invite list, the timeline for when you would have access can vary since we are letting testers in incrementally as we determine that the product is stable for current users of the beta. I know it can be frustrating that we don't have an exact timeline for each user, but we are hoping to have everyone in Moz Analytics within the next three months. I'm sorry we can't be more specific for individual users! :[ Please let me know if you have any other questiions. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Hi Abe, I'm having the same issue with my account as well. I looked at my Facebook settings, and it looks like everything is set up correctly there. Can I just ignore the reauthorize message? Cheers, Leena

  • Thanks for your answer Peter, I still have the same issue as I described above, with several keywords and pages. Here you have an example. keyword: stock management software page:http://salesassist.eu/stock After changing the keyword in stock management, I get an "A", otherwise "F" grade. thanks.

  • Hi Paul, I took a look at your campaigns and see that your keywords are not found in the top 50 in the SERPs. The on page analysis will only generate reports for keywords that rank in the top 50. You can use the on-page grader to generate an instant report here if you want to get started on how you can improve your rankings for each of your pages: http://moz.com/researchtools/on-page-grader Hope that helps!

  • Hi Barb, I am sure Joel will chime in also but just to clarify that it is probably not the utf8 encoding or lack of it that is causing the issue. At least with the sitemap urls it is simply the formatting of the xml that is being produced. As to if the other errors you are seeing are caused by the same kind of thing, if you are seeing references to the same encoded characters (%0A%09%) then the answer is most likely yes. So the issue is not utf8 encoding related (there are plenty of non utf8 encoded sites on the web still!) but how the moz crawler is reading your links and if other tools/systems will be having the same troubles. Have you looked in google webmaster tools to see if it reports similar 404 errors from the sitemap or elsewhere? If you see similar errors in GWT then the issue is likely not restricted to the moz crawler only. Beyond that, since for the sitemap at least the fix should be relatively simple and quite possibly the other moz errors you see will also be able to be fixed easily by making small adjustments to the templates and removing the extra line breaks/tabs which are creating the issue then it is worth doing so that these errors are removed and you can concentrate on the 'real' errors without all the noise.

  • Well, I'm super impatient so I spent the last two days trying to figure this one out: Best Solution: Canonicalize the four products not contingent on a city, and leave the rest alone.  There's no way to canonicalize a page forward(is that a term? should be.) and still have that page show up in Search Engines.  So I cannot standardize all the cities into one page, without losing the ability to search for those individual pages (which is worth more to us than having our link juice in 1 spot). Thanks to everyone who took a look and tried to help.

  • Hi Alex, You can actually do both with any subscription higher than pro basic. This can be configured at the bottom of each campaign setting which will also have a link to 'global settings' if you needed to add one logo for all of your campaigns. David is also suggesting a great workaround Cheers!

  • Hi Hunter, Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am glad you asked this question.  It looks like when your account wasn't active, your Followerwonk might have been attached to the non-PRO version of the account, so we would have to manually unlink the connection from this end. Just to have you get the process started, can you send us an email (help@moz.com) asking for the unlinking of the two accounts. In that email you would just have to state the user email and the @ Twitter handle. Thanks for your time, I hope to hear from you soon! Peter Help Team Grasshopper.

  • First thing to check is your messages in webmaster tools. If its a penalty Google will communicate that to you through here and let you know the type of penalty. Then you can look into fixing it. If its an algo related drop then as has already been mentioned, we would need a little more info to do some digging.

  • Hey Walker! I can definitely see how helpful specifying date ranges would benefit you and everyone else with a long history. This would definitely be a great feature request which you can submit your suggestion here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-SEOmoz-PRO-Feature-Requests\ You can vote for features you'd like to see and suggest your own, both of which help our product team in deciding what to build next! Hope that helps!

  • Hi! I'm noticing that the details for this offer it says that it's available only for new clients of SEOmoz, so it's not something that will work with your existing account.

  • The question was more by way of feedback that the welcome email could expand those concepts with a sentence or two as per the above replies. I signed up but then travelled before using the tools three weeks later and was reacting to an article by Chris Warren at Distilled, which sent me to OSE. And that site didn't think I was Pro. I then wondered if I needed to download some app for a phone. Sorry but it was 7 am on a Saturday morning. Incidentally, having started a campaign, my ""Social metrics only available to paid Moz subscribers" error message went away, so perhaps OSE gets a prod after a campaign is started?

  • Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Traffic data in the Pro app is actually pulled directly from your GA account. There usually are no problems with this connection, but we do sometimes run into a delay in updates between Google and Moz. To fix this you'll need to refresh your GA connection: Head to your campaign settings from your overview page: http://screencast.com/t/je3mv5DkPbU Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/59NDMB0Ov Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account" button. Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. I hope that helps! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • Has this feature been added yet? I work with an agency who helps us with our analytics, and it would be advantageous to add them as a user.
