  • The best PR strategy is to gain articles written by online publications that people read, sending both referral traffic and helping improve rankings. Press Releases can work within industry--if the brand is major and niche industry publications are going to pick it up. A recent example: StarWars.com did a press release on Colin Trevorrow leaving Episode IX. Link: http://www.starwars.com/news/a-statement-regarding-star-wars-episode-ix  This article is referenced and picked up without even having to go through a PR service because it's a major brand in the entertainment industry that's going to have a lot of coverage by movie blogs, vlogs, and so on. All the above is to say, work on creating articles that can be featured on major news services. They'll have their own take that they spin for their audience, but you'll have a lot more traction from being featured on sites that refer you interested visitors versus a press release service.

  • Jeremy- I recommend the Facebook ad network. if you're trying to avoid social, you can use the Facebook ad network, although the quality there tends to be weak. Maybe try Adroll.com also. I haven't used them in years, but when I did, they were able to tap into many of the networks through one platform.

  • Providing your Analytics script or TAG manager is still using the same code then the tracking should remain in place and always be available. A drop would indicate as per Gaston's response that the code was inaccurately implemented or missing. Did they change the analytics whilst in development, was it missing when going live? A good way to check your analytics tag is implemented correctly would be to run the following plugin for chrome https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tag-assistant-by-google/kejbdjndbnbjgmefkgdddjlbokphdefk

  • Check out http://www.linkfool.com/, it's not "buying links" it's outsourcing the link building process. Works well and is affordable too.

  • Hi Gopi, I think that you're unable to verify a site on baidu unless it's registered in China and has a .cn domain. Let me know how it goes! I'm interested in baidu optimization as well, but there isn't too much information available online so far. (In English anyway!)

  • Hi Alan, Have you tried contacting Kickbox? Sending to bad recipients could really be quite harmful, damaging your reputation as a sender. It's unlikely that this would be worth it in the not so distant future. Good luck, Zack

  • You responded with a link to the same site on a question that was five years old, as well as another similar question about plagiarism. Do you have any connection with this site? This is unusual behavior for someone with no affiliation to a site. The site also looks very similar to Small SEO tools.

  • I have been using MaxCDN (now part of stackpath) for some time now, Initially we utilised it to help serve images quicker and in parralel with our sites files, then to server https files also. The speed increase has been the main help from an SEO perspective, which has in turn offered a slight ranking boost. Our CDN also server via HTTP2 which also provides another boost of speed. It is not only better for seo but also conversions and user experience, as both mobile and desktop users are no longer hanging waiting for load bloating elements.

  • Not very helpful message from them. If I had to guess the issue, it would be one of the following: https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/prohibited_content/personal_attributes https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/lead_ads/health_information Aside from that, the appeal is the way to go.

  • Just an opinion... I own a business and am always looking for space.  I look at websites, I get emails, people tell me about new listings.  I've been doing this for years. If I see space on a website, I quickly look at location, square footage, price, condition, configuration.   In ten seconds most listings are eliminated, most of the rest are eliminated in under 30 seconds.   I really really don't want to call an agent because they want too sell.  They want to ask questions.  They want to call me next week.  I don't have time for any of that.   If I have any interest in the property at all I will drive there to see the location and the exterior.  I call an agent last and when I call, I will not be wasting his time or mine. I am sure that lots of people have a different method.  If your clients know what they want and are busy people then just give them access to the information - especially if it can be found on other websites. Just so you know.... the places where I do the most looking are the websites that make things easy for me to see... what is new, prices, photos, locations, taxes, etc.  There are lots of real estate websites offering access to the same properties.   I check these websites a lot.  I look at websites that don't do a good job of the above a lot less often - if at all. Most of the time when I have called an agent, is right after receiving an email of a new listing or a price change.  These are emails that allow me to subscribe to only those parts of the area where I have an interest and the types of properties that are suitable for me.  They are the people who I call.

  • Good Point Martijn Scheijbeler, I was thinking in that option, but I have a question. Do you know where I can found a content provider. I had a lot of problem with copywriters in the past. And this point I preffer to pass of content creators ( Freelancers) I hire some company that can sell unique content with some quality control

  • Hi there, I track my redirects by creating parameters that I append to the resolving URL, for example: /old-page >>> /new-page?redir=301&src=/old-page I set redir as 301 and src (source) as the referring URL. This allows you to analyze only this traffic in Google Analytics by filtering for pages or landing pages that contain 301 in the URL. This should get you the data you're looking for.
