  • Given the needs, I suspect you'll want to talk to one of the clickstream data providers about a custom deal. Jumpshot and SimilarWeb are the two I'd look at. Just be prepared to pay a lot, as their data is proprietary and they can thus charge quite a bit.

  • SEnuke is amazing if used correctly - what everyone fails to understand about SEnuke is the fact that it is simply software. I could take Microsoft Excel and be as harmful as SEnuke could even remotely be but SEnuke and Areeb (The primary developer), have assured you the very best SEO Automation Software available today! If you have any questions please contact mkephart25@gmail.com | I have a lifetime SEnuke license and I wouldn't sell it for a million dollars...Senuke Reviews

  • I've used Big Commerce, Shopify and WooCommerce across a few clients over the years -- in my opinion, Shopify is the way to go unless you need lots of customizations. Big Commerce's template system is not as intuitive as Shopify (liquid) and the third-party apps are of lower quality too as well. There is a ton of content out there on Shopify and lots of third party support (as well as for WooCommerce). Speed wise, I think Shopify is a good platform. My ecommerce client is getting 70+ scores on PageSpeed Insights which we could probably cut if desired by removing some product images on the homepage if desired.

  • Hi Gautam, I have installed around 5-6 different social sharing plugins for Wordpress and I found the one that had the most features and reasonable load time to be Shareaholic.  I haven't performed any benchmark tests in terms of speed with this plugin though. A while back I was performing some speed tests and discovered that just about every social media widget/code was adding a significant amount of kb's to a webpage, Facebook in particular if I recall correctly.   This was either hand coded or using a plugin.  Once I disabled all social media widgets/plugins then my page score was fine.  Now, again, I haven't run any benchmark tests, but I am assuming that most of this code has already been cached in your visitors website browser by the time they get to your site, since they have already visited another site that has this same code, so the load time is not noticeable to them when they arrive at your site. Once you add any 3rd party code to your site you are prone to issues beyond your control, since you are no longer hosting the code. For example, say a plugin's server is having latency issues.  This might make it appear like your website is still trying to load, even though everything appears fine, but if you check the status bar of your browser it will indicate one of your social media scripts is still loading.  This can happen with any 3rd party code added, for example, live chat. Hope my explanation helps.  Let me know if you have any questions. Regards, Kevin

  • Hi, thanks for your help. SERPed doesn't however, allow access. You need to ask permission to use any tools. I think I may possible have answered my own question. I rebuilt the site recently, added SRL cert and moved it over to a https: instead of http: Apparently Google sees this as a completely different domain which I never knew. I have added this to my google search console. It has acknowledged it but is still not allowing me see my back links through search console (no data). It is still also strange that all of these tools like ahrefs are showing the back links for older links to http but not the most recent back links for https:

  • Since "you receive exactly the number of visitors you purchase", you know it has to be fake. My suggestion would be to put this money into improving your website instead. They're not doing anything above board to generate actual traffic for you which means it's likely going to be bots or maybe some kind of traffic trading scheme (you visit websites in their list and those sites visit you) but I see no mention of that anywhere. It seems traffic does boost rankings but only for as long as that traffic remains and to be getting significant ranking improvements, a significant amount of traffic is needed from the examples I've seen in the past. As Cognitive SEO said, "impressions don't buy, real people do..." so I'd suggest thinking more about how you can rank higher and more about how you can deliver UX that leads to revenue. Here's Cognitive's article of their experience of picking up a large spike of real traffic from a Reddit thread - worth a read. As Marie Haynes pointed out in this Q&A thread on a similar topic, the key difference between buying traffic and generating traffic is that generating real traffic brings real user engagement and the potential for organic backlinks. These backlinks mean lasting results rather than a brief stint of improved rankings.

  • Hi, Thanks for this. I actually figured it out. There was a broken link hidden on the page. Inspected it to find it and removed it. Indexing now. Cheers!

  • I looked at those. I don't really think the whiteboard style is professional.

  • Here is what I would do if I were you: Keep your email effective, do not combine a crazy amount of properties there, make sure you curate it and send perhaps multiple rounds of emails with different content to different people, if you can narrow down interest in area and type of buildings further. Then make sure each property has a unique landing page that actually has a call to action on it, ensure it is mobile friendly. engagement is one thing, being able to get them to take an action further after getting the details is another. You want to do both and measure both. think psychology of these prospects and match to their building for refining and curating the entire property set for them. Put yourself in their shoes, look at their current locations, look at their current competitors locations, think their brand identities, and try to match them up with the right property and area of town. wholesaling this stuff, economy of scale, do not apply to this method of marketing in so many ways. Targeting does. People do. Knowing the people does. Best of luck!

  • Hey, When you opt into this, your GA data is anonymously shared amongst others in your niche to go towards average figures. No one will be able to look at your site specifically, but your site stats will contribute to overall figures. Cheers, Sean

  • Hi, I have recently had the same issue with Paypal so I placed it on the GA exclusion list. I'm still seeing 1 or 2 transactions being listed but nothing close to what was showing before. Could someone please tell me why these limited transactions are still coming through? Thank you!

  • Yups I agree with the answer that is given here, if you're using any way of event tracking currently on your site it might be a good idea to look into changing that to the dataLayer and making the switch to a Tag Manager as well. By doing this you can make sure that with future changes for your site you can depend on a protocol that isn't depending on a specific tool or changes that a tool like Google Analytics will make in the future.

  • Hi there! While I typically use Keyword Planner and Moz Keyword Explorer, there are a variety of other keyword tools that you can try, including: Ahrefs SEMRush Keywordtool.io Scrapebox Wordstream Bing Keyword Discovery KWFinder 7Search For more detailed information on any of these tools, check out this website: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/10-alternatives-googles-keyword-planner/167440/ Hope this helps you on your search for keywords in the Belgium market! Good luck.

  • I don't think there is a perfect any longer for this. I do think it is a good tool though. Certainly better than most.  I did the same searches in same cities using this tool and the Moz tool that Logan pointed out. I got the same results for several searches so it gives me some comfort on both.  I actually think this one is easier than the Moz tool, but with the Moz tool you can set up multiple profiles that are retained for future searches which is a huge plus. Thanks again

  • Thanks for your candid response. What advantages would Hubspot offer over Zoho if the email list was used as a "remarketed list" for Google Adwords? Essentially Adwords would be targeted to a certain segment, in our case about 5,000 businesse tenants in Manhattan that may at some point seek to lease commercial space. The purpose of targeting by list it to avoid paying $35/click for unquallifted traffic. Best, Alan

  • Hi Gab, the not being able to link with supported third-party imports is a known technical issue with google and the merchant-center without any specific time line for a fix. the best likely course would be to simply contact prestashop-support for potential alternatives and also possibly ask within the petrashop forums: https://www.prestashop.com/en/contact-us https://www.prestashop.com/forums/ see also https://support.google.com/merchants/#topic=3404780 **I picked above suggestion given in adwords community by an author Celebird https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-Shopping-and-Merchant/Link-your-PrestaShop-and-Merchant-Center-accounts/td-p/835994 Thanks
