Help With Gathering Website Feedback
I like http://www.uservoice.com/, which has a floater widget. Also has helpdesk features as well. Other options are http://www.zendesk.com (which SEOmoz currently uses for the Feedback widget on the left side of your screen) and http://www.luckyorange.com for live chat and real-time analytics.

How can I use SeoMoz to help me building traffic to my website since I'm new to this?
Well, first off I would say that SeoMoz won't help you build traffic to your website, but it will help you gain the knowledge that you need to build traffic to your website. If you're new to SeoMoz here are a few tips: Participate in the Q and A's, which it looks like you're already doing. Be sure to read the blog and YouMoz Blog regularly. Always come back for the WhiteBoard Friday vlog(on Fridays), as I find them very useful. Check out the SEOMoz tools, those will give you plenty of help on link building that will help your website rank better. A few tools I like in particular are Open Site Explorer, which shows a website's back link portfolio, their keyword analysis tool which shows how competitive a keyword can be and as a social media lover I like the new Follower Wonk

Twitter Certified Products
It's probably a process to jump through Twitter's hoops. Seriously, just using the logo properly now has to be scoped out by a team of attorneys. The Certified Products page would be one heckuva good backlink

Preferred Domain Selection Query (Webmaster Tools)
I feel like there are two issues here - one is whether to index "www." vs. non-www and the other is the secure/https URLs. Every URL I see in your index, except for two (which have both been blocked by Robots.txt, apparently) is "www", so I'd stick with what's currently indexed. I wouldn't worry about the sitemap - it's not called securely by Google, so they won't index it with https: - that's not really an issue, it's just a matter of protocol and the fact that it's a non-HTML resource.

Is there a tool or service that will post product reviews from an aggregator site onto our site's product pages?
In addition to http://www.testfreaks.com and http://www.reevoo.com, I did find one USA based service connected to http://PowerReviews.com that offers aggregate reviews. The were just acquired by http://www.bazaarvoice.com and can serve up aggregated reviews from numerous manufacturers for customers who are inside the Power Reviews platform. For anyone who's a smaller site trying to compete with the big dogs, this is really a great breakthrough. We would use these in addition of course to our own customer reviews, which will build gradually over time.

Why do Google+ review not show on my profile?
Hi James, It's important to know that it can take weeks for Google+ reviews to show up on your profile. And, if they are filtered out because Google thinks there is something spammy about them, they may not show up at all. If you saw the review appear and then disappear, I would suspect that it has been filtered out by Google - very frustrating. This is a hot topic right now. Here are some resources for you to read so that you know you're not alone in this experience: www.seomoz.org/blog/lost-your-google-reviews-take-a-proactive-stance http://blumenthals.com/blog/2012/08/20/google-on-reviews-asking-for-them-is-ok-soliciting-them-is-bad/ If the review appeared and disappeared, unfortunately, it's probably gone for good. So, this leaves you with a couple of options. List your complaint in the Google and Your Business Forum thread that I talk about in that SEOmoz piece I've linked to, above. Try to figure out what happened. Was there anything at all about your customer's review that could have triggered the trouble? Good luck, James. I know this is such a pain!

Guestblogit.com and Blogengage.com... views?
I've not used any of these services. I have an account at myblogguest.com but found it difficult to make pest control relevant to the types of posts people were requesting. As with any SEO endeavor, you want to make sure that the links you get look relevant and natural. If the sites that have joined those networks are quality then I think it would be a plus. But I would be leery with the recent penguin update to have links from blog networks. Sooo.... it would all depend. (classic SEO answer). Are you getting the results you want from myblogguest.com?
