Dear Mates,

Recently we was investigating security issues and other technical issues from one of our sites and our site looks as is expected in all know sites such as siteadvisor.com , urlvoid.com , safeweb.norton.com and many others and for my surprise on WOT (mywot.com) our site was rated as "POUR" with red alerts, you can see it for yourself http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/freesharewaredepot.com

So I investigate a lot and even I open an account and I started writing and asking with WOT member for honest reviews and I got a tons of good reviews but my rating continues in RED.

Also in some cases I got offensive comments from users who was rating my site BAD without see the site you can see it here http://www.mywot.com/en/forum/17392-freesharewaredepot-com (user Echosoft) this guy was joking with our reputation.

I recommend to check your domains scorecard you can do this here http://www.mywot.com/ .

If you're in trouble let us know here, we can join effort to recover well and honest sites to recover their reputation.

Claudio,Please understand, the people on there are not happy with you asking for help because you're doing it in an unsolicited way. In addition people do not think highly of your niche. And while it is unfair, you're best bet IMHO is to spend your time working on your website or marketing, ignore the haters.

I was asking on the appropiate WOT forum named "Ask for Site Review" and some trusted sites, domains are in trouble as me ...  you know the hard working is build a trust brand and reputation and all my effort building ...

The problem you're facing is one of perception, not a technical one. Folks are marketing your site down because it has all the hallmarks of a spam site.

It may not BE a spam site. I'm not arguing that it is. But it has:

• grammatical errors

• a URL that doesn't necessarily make sense, and doesn't match the site's actual content, since it's all coupon codes

• and you're in a space that doesn't engender trust.

If you want to fix this, I suggest thinking about how you'd market this business. If you're trying to get people good deals on software (that's what it looks like to me) start giving people video or articles with great advice. Also, work on improving the site search tool. The cooler the site, the easier it'll be to get good reviews, and the faster this problem will go away.
