Anyone else noticed that Google Wemaster Tools data has not updated since Sep 24th - when 100% not provided was announced?
Thanks to everyone responding and letting me know that I am not alone! Special thanks to Highland for spotting that post in the Product forums and letting us know that Google haven't taken ALL the keyword data away. It looks like it is slowly back filling the data - can now see from 25th so still not fully up to date but getting there. Revolution postponed!

Is anyone familiar with the SEOClarity tool?
Hey Mike, it's Nathan Joynt here. seoClarity certainly has come a long way even just in the past year. While at their first conference last week (Clarity'13) they announced some really great upcoming features including measuring for term (not provided). I like them too because their product road map is driven from member requests. Mitul (the owner) told me last week that if two users request the same feature, they'll build it. Simple as that. Anyway, let me know if you'd like me to run through how I use Clarity today. Happy to jump on a line, introduce you to Mitul or whatever. Regards, Nathan

Google Alerts - how does Google detect "new" content?
The Pages I get alerts from have been indexed months ago. But the question remains, what exactly makes google find the link on pages "several times":which have already been indexed, and never changed since the first alert?

DudaMobile Hosting Problem
Thank you both for the help, and Patrick that was a very insightful comment. Thanks for showing me their side. It actually makes perfect sense (albeit sadly for me). Ruben

Facebook marketing
Does this help? It appears you can run them on Pages and in Apps, but not on timelines. Also, the rules for businesses are different than for individuals. This article for Search Engine Watch is dated August 29, 2013 and is a good synopsis of the current guidelines. There are also links to some other articles that should help at the bottom of the Search Engine Watch page. http://searchenginewatch.com/article/2291661/Facebook-Revamps-Contest-Rules-for-Businesses This is section E: Promotions of the Facebook User Guide https://www.facebook.com/page_guidelines.php Promotions 1. If you use Facebook to communicate or administer a promotion (ex: a contest or sweepstakes), you are responsible for the lawful operation of that promotion, including: a. The official rules; b. Offer terms and eligibility requirements (ex: age and residency restrictions); and c. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations governing the promotion and all prizes offered (ex: registration and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals) 2. Promotions on Facebook must include the following: a. A complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant. b. Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. 3. Promotions may be administered on Pages or within apps on Facebook. Personal Timelines must not be used to administer promotions (ex: “share on your Timeline to enter” or “share on your friend's Timeline to get additional entries” is not permitted). 4. We will not assist you in the administration of your promotion, and you agree that if you use our service to administer your promotion, you do so at your own risk.

Social Media Management CRM for Contact Centers
Hi Tom, Thanks for the tip. The contact center is looking for social media software that will help them be more efficient with their responses to typical and repetitive communications. In other words, the software would suggest how to answer a question that came in from Facebook based on previous responses to similar questions. It would almost be based on semantics. They are looking at becoming more efficient. Do you know if Radian accomplishes this? The Contact Center currently uses Hootesuite. Thanks Carla

Does internal link have any significant impact in determining page authority?
If Google would just give us the API of their algorithm, we could have our tools use those factors in the comparison and we'd all have so much more information!

Product Review Email - what is the average conversion rate?
Not too many repeat customers. About 90-95% new customers. And we do offer an incentive, a drawing for a $250 gift certificate. Maybe I'll change it up to offer an ipad. Thanks for the feedback!

Locked out of new Keyword Planner?
Hi there! I haven't had this issue with the new Keyword Planner, but have received this message in the past when doing fast and furious keyword research with the old tool. More often, though, I will receive this message when performing search after search like a madwoman (in universal search, logged out.)

Does a redirected link count as a social share to my site?
I checked the following Curebit URL, which goes to Busted Tees: http://www.curebit.com/x/bgTxdO This URL 302 redirects to http://www.bustedtees.com/?utm_source=Curebit&utm_medium=Referral&utm_campaign=Rebate, which then has a 200 status code. What this means is that there will be no page-rank flowing through to the destination URL. So no it does not "count" in that way. However, I have no idea whether the social shares portion of Google's algorithm, and I assume there is one, looks at 302 and 301 redirects differently than the part that calculates pagerank for organic search results.

Coupon directory list
Are you a coupon site that shares coupon codes/offers for lots of stores/brands, or are you a brand/store with coupons looking to get your code/offer included on coupon sites? All you have to do to find coupon sites is this. Here's another search that will get you a lot of "coupon directories" or at least directories that have coupon sections. (inurl:directory coupon). Whether this is a good use of your time is another matter. If you are truly concerned about traffic, rather than trying to get links to improve your pagerank, I would stick to whatever sites show up when you type in whatever you think those visitors will be typing (e.g. iPhone coupons, grocery coupons, find coupons, coupon directory...), as those are the ones getting the traffic, which can be passed on to you.

Performing SEO on a Wordpress Site
I have used Yoast plug in as well as All in one seo and both are extremely useful. If I had to recommend one that would be Yoast's as it is great for on page optimisation

360 business photos worth it?
Nice to see you here, Matthew! Agree, Google shows no signs of phasing this out, but they are also not providing guidance regarding the reduced visibility of this product.

Rich Snippets Correct in Tool, Not in Google
We've asked Gigya for help, but no love there. We're trying other ideas to implementing these, but no success yet.
