Time to rank is faster is some countries than others
I agree with you well know companies have more traffic so that is why is probably takes more time for some smaller company. I wouldn't be surprised is the DA and PA also comes into play. Thank you,

Pages excluded from Google's index due to "different canonicalization than user"
Hi SvenRi, that's an interesting one! The message you're getting from Google suggests that, rather than not finding the canonical tag, the system has reason to believe that the canonical is not representative of the best content. One thing I'd bear in mind is that Google doesn't take canonical tags as gospel, but rather guidance, so it can just ignore them without there necessarily being a problem in how you've implemented that tag. Another is that while Google says that their crawlers can parse JavaScript, there's evidence that it doesn't parse the page content perfectly. What happens when you fetch and render the pages in question using Search Console (both the page you want to rank and the page Google is selecting)? Can you see all of the content? Google uses the same JavaScript rendering as Chrome 41 (see here) have you tried accessing with that? You could also try a tool like Screaming Frog with JavaScript rendering switched on to see what kind of page content comes back. It could be worth making sure the canonical is generated properly but I'd also be checking that the page content is being rendered properly to make sure Google is seeing the pages as different as you describe. I'd also check to make sure there isn't a second, conflicting, canonical tag on the page. I know some SPA frameworks can have issues with double-opening HTML tags when one page is accessed after another, that could be something that would confuse a crawler so you could double-check that. As ever, there are the rumours that Google will start giving much more weight to mobile in terms of indexing. Given your question about things changing recently - does your site have desktop and mobile parity? If it looks as though everything is kosher, is it possible that the page Google is suggesting is much more heavily linked to internally or externally? If internally you could consider reviewing your internal linking (Will wrote a post about ways to think about internal linking here). You could use a tool like Majestic to look at who is linking to these pages externally, it may be worth double checking that all the links are genuine. TL;DR I would start with the whole page content, not just the search directives, to make sure that's always being understood properly, then I would look in to linking. These are mainly areas of investigation and next debug steps, hopefully they'll help narrow down the search for you!

Best SEO for table in mobile view
I would try to keep the same data, but organize it in a way that looks good on a screen the width of a mobile phone. HTML tables render the same way on a phone as they do on a desktop, they're just more likely to get smooshed. I recommend playing around with your HTML using Google Chrome's Inspect option, and changing your device to a relatively small smartphone. Then build a table that looks good there. If your table has too many columns, I'd recommend dividing the table into multiple tables, so you have the same data but in fewer columns for each table. Good luck! Kristina

Structure of HTML Page
It is true that search engine gives more value to some part of the page than other? Yes, Google's Document Ranking Based on Semantic Distance, and the recent Reasonable Surfer stuff all suggest that valuing links from content more highly than those in sidebars or footers can have net positive impacts on avoiding spam and manipulation Source: All Links are Not Created Equal: 10 Illustrations on Search Engines' Valuation of Links https://moz.com/blog/10-illustrations-on-search-engines-valuation-of-links If I have div in the main content as that considered par of the main content or no? You can have a div, or not, The tag is nothing more than a container unit that encapsulates other page elements and divides the HTML document into sections. Web developers useelements to group together HTML elements and apply CSS styles to many elements at once. I don't understand your question. Everything inside the body tag count as a content but even the header tags counts because your meta-description, your titles and canonical tags are located in the header, so from Google's perspective, they are relevant.

Mac-Friendly, DOM-Rendering Spidering Tool for Multiple Users
So - after digging around a lot and reading and re-reading every article that popped up for "screaming frog alternative", I've come to the conclusion that for the price, there really is nothing better than Screaming Frog right now. I was impressed, however, with the incredibly helpful team from Deep Crawl. This enterprise tool is designed for larger websites - whereas Screaming Frog can crap out of your local machine runs out of memory. Because it's a more powerful tool, it's more expensive than Screaming Frog - but if you need an enterprise solution, it's definitely worth looking into. Another big differentiator is that Deep Crawl has no limit to the number of users, which is our primary pain point with Screaming Frog.

Just moved to CDN and site dropped in Google
Thanks, Nathan No, the content hasn't changed on-site. I think I will just have to give it a bit of time and hope that it improves like you say. The frustrating thing is you make changes and put hours of work in for something which all the sites and Google tell you is important and then feel let down when you check ranking to see you've dropped. I shall keep plugging away.

Keyword research
Hi Lydia, I re-read your answer and something got me confused. If my main keyword is "SEO", you are saying that as a secondary / supporting keyword it is best to use "SEO" by itself instead of "SEO tools" because it has got a different meaning ? Thank you,

Site under attack from Android SEO bots - expert help needed
Just as EGOL describe it. If you're on Amazon AWS then you can use their CloudFront as CDN. But also you can observe source of traffic. Could coming from one country, one IP range or one user-agent. There should be some kind of pattern and you should investigate it. Then just need to make rule to block that traffic or just redirect them to one static "hello world" page. I was also victim of such traffic, but was from humans trying to depleting an AdWords daily budget. Once budget it over ads was stopped showing, after few hours they recalculate clicks, some funds was returned, ads are shown again, they click it, budget is over... and so on.

"WWW" versus non "WWW" on domain
Hi Alan, I don't think the extra 3 spaces would affect your SEO / rankings tremendously. Bots would still crawl and recognise the keywords in the URL. If you're after visibility on SERPs, you can optimise your meta title and description in a way that your brand & keywords are visible and clickable. As the meta title font is heaps bigger than the URL and description, that would be the first thing searchers see. Also, I doubt your URL will get truncated in SERPs with the extra 3 characters. Hope this helps!

Duplicate content across different domains in different countries?
Can you personalise the content to each location? For example list UK customer case studies on the UK site. This will provide a more personalised experience for the user, and may also reduce the risk duplicate content. If the identical content does not need to be personalised (like the terms and conditions page for example), then you could just rel=canonical the identical pages 1 one page. thanks

How long should you leave keywords on your site related to your old brand?
As long as the content is bringing you traffic and conversions, keep the content online. Maybe you could place a popup on the old content to explain to people that you have rebranded, just so they don't get confused.

Question about Topics and subjects of sentences
Hello AlishaW, Do you mean that If I provide incorrect information about an entity that could hurt my ranking. If i say something wrong such as : Football is played with your hands. Will it hurt ?

Secondary related keywords
"Mr X flew back to the United States last week" In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with your sentence. I understand it. I think that Google will understand it. Most of the writing that I do is very formal writing. Other people write in a relaxed manner, as though they are speaking. That type of speaking and writing is known as **colloquial. ** I believe that much of your writing is colloquial and Google will accept it without a problem. The only thing that I might add to your writing is some periods and commas. You might do that when you write for a website as forum writing is not given as much time.

Keyword stuffing in document
Hello there, from what I've read, so long as you write unique, interesting natural content, you don't need to worry about keyword stuffing. If content flows naturally and gives a lot of value to users, it should be fine. Unnatural keyword usage looks like this: "Bob's cheap Seattle plumber is the best cheap Seattle plumber for all your plumbing needs. Contact a cheap Seattle plumber before it's too late." If you are worried, maybe try spreading the keywords around, using synonyms or adding more valuable content to thin out the keyword mentions. Hope this helps.

Moving to a new domain for second time - critical, help needed fast!
Sad to see no reply yet, let me tell the scenario in short: Domain A (two years old, ranking well) A month ago we moved it to Domain B (301 and change of address, everything. After 2 weeks all traffic moved from Domain A to B successfully) Now, for some reasons, unfortunately, we have to move to Domain C. My question is, should I 301 and change of address from Domain B to domain C or from Doman A to domain C? If we should move from A to C, then what do we do with Domain B in GWT? Or we should move from domain B to C? then what to do with A? Please help, this is very rare and critical matter.
