  • Hi Joao, 1- DA drop, that could be many reasons. Considering the case that you've not done any major updates and/or created spammy links or disavowed them (in moz's tool) then, its possible that the top domains increased their authority, as they DA cant increase over 100, it makes the lower DA domains to decrease. 2- It's hard to say why your site drop some rankings without your site's URL. If its the case that you have not made any changes and/or created spammy links or disavowed links (in Google Search Console), then its likely that your competitors made some improvements. Keep in mind that DA/PA or any other metric outthere does not tell the quality of any site. its just an approximation of what that tool understands about google algorithms. More info here: Mozscape API updates Open Site Explorer Guide - Moz Help hub Hope it helps. Best luck. GR.

  • The more niche, the better results...IMO. If you want to get ranked well on 3 different topics, build 3 different pages. You would only want (1) H1 tag per page, and multiple H2-H6 tags per page.

  • Google is showing "Knowledge Base" for your site because it has recognized breadcrumbs on your website. The competitors whose longer links are showing up don't use breadcrumbs, so Google has no structured data on what category it's in. There isn't a setting to toggle "show breadcrumbs" or "show full URLs" - if you use breadcrumbs that Google recognizes, it will automatically display them in SERPs. Breadcrumbs typically improve your sitewide SEO and also can give visitors a clue about what type of page they're visiting, so if you choose your categories and breadcrumbs wisely, I think it can improve the user experience. I definitely wouldn't remove the breadcrumbs from the website just so the SERPs will show longer URLs.

  • Hi, It means that when the keyword tool gives me for the word "city" for example as a related keyword "a city", I shouldn't take it because "a"is removed, correct ? Thank you,

  • Hello! I wanted to make you a screen video as it's a bit more nuanced, here's the link: https://www.useloom.com/share/ebddf32363444e6a9cbc2ddfab639612 (Sorry for my voice- had a cold!) It's 5mins, definitely watch! But in very brief summary - Google is ranking two types of content: property listing style pages, and articles. You can have two pages - one of each type and they won't cannibalize each other.

  • I think there is a very slight different between Google's "People Also Search for" and "Related Searches" features. It's my understanding that "Related Searches" is mostly fueled by current top searches and trending searches. Which may explain why a search query you're seeing doesn't yet have a very high search volume. On the other hand, "People Also Search for" feature is powered by Google's Knowledge Graph. I hope that's helpful!

  • the report was run prior canonical directives Anytime remember to noindex your robots.txt https://yoast.com/x-robots-tag-play/ There are cases in which the robots.txt file itself might show up in search results. By using an alteration of the previous method, you can prevent this from happening to your website: <filesmatch "robots.txt"="">Header set X-Robots-Tag "noindex"</filesmatch> **And in Nginx:** location = robots.txt { add_header X-Robots-Tag "noindex"; }

  • You know what I don't know if this is something you would like to do or not considering your a custom home builder and I just finished up a custom home I purchased in New Hampshire I have a lot of respect for your craft. I think you can get that information at a very low price and also give your site a little bit more appeal to end-users if you use walkscore.com  you can get data if you think it would benefit your site. If not I would simply leave the pricing off of the site entirely I'm assuming that because everything is a custom home everyone is a different price and they are purchasing the land on their own already. I am certain that you advise them. So you really want to show off what you have accomplished with these past homes that you've built. I would definitely keep the photographs and add video if you do not have them. I know when I look at homes I like to be able to see as much as possible and if I'm looking for a builder I want to see a lot of trust signals and past work. https://www.walkscore.com/professional/research.php https://www.walkscore.com/professional/ I would also definitely crawl with Moz & deepcrawl you want to make certain that if somebody linked to one of your homes for sale that you keep that link equity as well. I would definitely make sure that they are visible and show off what you are proud of. Hope that was of help, Tom
