Is my Site Spam?
Hi Tanveer, Thanks! Here's what I saw: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/comparisons?site=www.aa-rental.com&comparisons%5B0%5D=www.meetingtomorrow.com&comparisons%5B1%5D=www.rentex.com MeetingTomorrow.com clearly has you both beat in terms of link profile and social media presence. My guess is that your company and Rentex.com each are able to rank for some terms, but that for some you do better and for some they do better. Are you SPAM? No. I can say that. Do you maybe have some inbound links causing you problems, maybe, but you have so few inbound links I really don't think that's the problem. One thing I did see that concerned me was a count of "0" for Internal Links. I ran your site through several tools and it seems all of your internal navigation links are "do follow." To me, this means there could be a redirection issues (although I checked that too and didn't see anything) or a technical SEO issue that's causing search engines not to see your internal links. I would start my pursuing that. Try to find out why you have "0" internal followed links. That's not helping your link profile and could mean that search engines are having a problem crawling your site. I hope that helps! Dana

Root domain or sub domain
I can't agree with Anirban's suggestion. A 301 redirect would be the superior solution.

Capital letters
Hi Tanveer, Please allow me to share a different approach: http://www.abc-directory.com/site/4381910http://www.abc-directory.com/sitE/4381910The first URL works, the second does not. Why? These are two different URLs. Both Google and SEOmoz understands these are two different URLs. As a human, you perceive the above two URLs as being similar. To a crawler, these are two completely different URLs which are fully capable of displaying completely different information. A similar related topic relates to adding a trailing slash to a URL. http://www.aa-rental.com/Audio_rental.asphttp://www.aa-rental.com/Audio_rental.asp/The above two URLs are seen as different. A fantastic explanation can be seen here: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2010/04/to-slash-or-not-to-slash.html The same concept which governs the trailing slash applies to capitalization.

Bad Link Removal
The Link Cleanup and Contact tool is dead. Just send me to a page that says sign in with twitter and when I try that it goes to a dead page.

Site Suddenly Down
Im running this site since 2003. Yes, I do see lots of my competitors dont have "-" in it. How can I verify that this Google update also penalized "-" in this version. Personally, I think, this cant be the case as content is the most important (technically). Everything else is secondary.

All Keywords Down.
Ive never got used to using allow although I know many people do. I simply use: User-agent: * Disallow: /cgi-bin/ Sitemap: http://www.aa-rental.com/ Where user agent * means all crawlers; Where disallow: /cgi-bin/ means i dont want them crawling that folder (put in any folder name there) but they can crawl anywhere else... Sitemap: points to my XML sitemap

SEO Service
To be honest its difficult to come up with any name but there are several things you can consider... Search within the SEOmoz community... see what their activity rank is?... see how they perform in daily blog comments, in QnA section and select few... Talk to them...compare prices and services and i am sure you will find some one fit for you! Pro tip: Cheap prices usually offer cheap services...
