Writing A Data Extraction To Web Page Program
Write a Perl program (or other language script) that will: a) read the target webpage, b) extract the data relevant for your geographic locations, c) write a small html file to your server that formats the data into a table that will fit on the webpage where you want it published. Save that Perl program in your /cgi-bin/ folder. (you will need to change file permissions to allow the perl program to execute and the small html file to be overwritten) Most servers allow you to execute files from your /cgi-bin/ on a schedule such as hourly or daily. These are usually called "cron jobs". Find this in your server's control panel. Set up a cron job that will execute your Perl program automatically. Place a server-side include the size and shape of your data table on the webpage where you want the information to appear. This set-up will work until the URL or format of the target webpage changes. Then your script will produce errors or write garbage. When that happens you will need to change the URL in the script and/or the format that it is read in.

Is having two blogs bad?
I believe that google started blogger to make blogging immediately easy for people who have no technical inclination and who would not want to pay the costs of hosting a website. In my opinion, a law firm is not an appropriate user of Blogger. They should have the content on their own website where it can be used to impress their visitors and demonstrate why the visitor should hire this law firm. Lots of people think that links from blogger to their website are going to be valuable. That is only true of outside websites are linking to the blogger blog. And when that happens only a fraction of the power will pass to the law firm site. However, if the blog is on the law firm site and an outside website links to a blog post then the entire law firm site will benefit from that link. If I owned a site like the one that you are talking about, I would look at the existing blogger blog and if it does not have very many links then I would move all of the posts to the law firm site. All future blogging would be on the law firm site. All of my blogs are on my own domain.

Do I need to do on-page SEO for my mobile site?
you mobile site resides on mobile.dudamobile.com/site/...... So if any one searches on a mobile site google will try and serve mobile optimised pages . Even if your desktop site ranks for your chosen keywords ( the mobile site might not , especially if they have no tile and meta description like you said ) Google will be focusing a lot more on that in the future : http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com.au/2013/06/changes-in-rankings-of-smartphone_11.html

Is this click fraud proposal legit?
I haven't used this click fraud software before, but Click Fraud is fairly common, especially with industries that have high CPC. I managed Mesothelioma campaigns, which have the highest CPC $100+, and about 10-15% of mesothelioma clicks are fraudulent. Legal keywords generally range from $5-20/click, however some clicks are $20+, so click fraud is probable. There are lots of click fraud software packages available...some offer a free trial. My advice is try a few out, I imagine they will generate a refund that is significantly greater than their cost. Do you have a way of getting IP addresses from your server log and then looking up the business name/url for that IP? I look this info up in HubSpot and have found that lots of our competitors click on our text ads, costing us $$. I then block that IP. Over time, this adds up to a better campaign.

Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
Hi MrFrisbee I took a look at your campaigns and I can see the bug you are experiencing. The current fix is to reset your GA profile. You will not lose your history as we are only pulling data from Google. Go into campaign settings, change your profile to another then switch it back. This will refresh your traffic data. We are working on resolving this and unfortunately I do not have an ETA. I do apologize for any inconvenience may be causing. Hope that helps!
