When will Moz crawl a campaign to determine a sites DA?
I'm can't fully understand why you would use 302 redirections, these are meant to be for tempory redirects only.
Hi there
Canonical tags prevent problems caused by identical or "duplicate" content across multiple URLs. So in this instance implement the disallow rule on al of the URLs containing /search/
Hello Kirk,
As long as you point the root domain, all should be well. I went through the process a few months ago with a clients websites; no problems were encountered.
I've collated the articles I found useful prior to the process I went through.
I personally favour
a) Nerdybet.com/gambling-sites-directory/stateX
I find it more descriptive & I can add keywords to the URLsy
Hi,
After you've read the article Nozzle recommended, use the https://technicalseo.com/tools/robots-txt/ tool to test whatever you put together.
In addition to effectdigitals comments, it partially depends on the CMS. For example a Standatrd WordPress robots.txt is formatted:
**User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php**
I prefer to add a link to the sitemap.xml:
**User-agent: ***
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Sitemap: https://www.website.com/sitemap.xml
To allow all web crawlers access to all content, just use:
**User-agent: ***
Disallow:
Refer to https://moz.com/learn/seo/robotstxt for further advise.
Hi there,
It can take takes as little as 48 hours for google to take of a disavow file. after which it can still take weeks even months until google re-crawls the disavowed links and takes the disavow them into account.
Hi there, I recommend that you use the business schema on the homepage.
PPC traffic doesn't add anything to a pages PA or a sites DA.
Basically, buy more high DA links from even more domains, I'd recommend in investing DA 60+ links. Moxz has produce some great Blogs recently on this matter:
In addition to Jose response, good old Blogger outreach. Come up with a gameplan focused on what subject matter, keywords & DAs you're after, them either you approach the bloggers yourself, or you pay a 3rd party to procure the links for you. The later is the most common approach as link building can be very timeconsuming. As with most thing SEO, Moz has an article on this matter https://moz.com/blog/blogger-outreach-for-your-clients.
Also, if you have a Moz Pro account & campaigns set up & running then there is the Opportunities feature accessible via the campi=aign dashboard.
None that I can fathom, as long as you remember to remove them after a short period of time.
You have 2 meta descriptions, remove the one on line 7
/>
**Keep the one on line 13
As it appears to me to be more relevant to that specific page.**
Hi there,
Is any of the page copy being displayed instead of the meta description that you wrote? Let me know when you post an image of the SERPs page
Hi, why not have 2 GMB profiles as they appear to have 2 distinct offerings.
If you must use one GMB profile then I don't see any issues applying 2 different categories, as long as they accurately reflect the company.
Hi there,
Re-submitting a new sitemap.xml wouldn't go amiss. I believe that AMP pages are best for news & high volume websites.
Hi there, personally I only ever worry about SPAM scores over 80%, I don't consider SSL as an issue; especially for older links.
The change happened several months ago & the site has been crawled frequently
