SEO Industry Contracts, Resumes, & Jobs
Hello there, Craigslist is probably the way to go. I seen yahoo.com and even google.com posting in some IT category, and professionals posting their resumes as well. www.careerbuilder.com got peoples resumes by geo. Good Luck

SEOmoz Toolbar vs. Opensiteexplorer
Yeah I don't bother with ALM anymore, it doesn't track like it's supposed to even with the API. AWR is great but ALM is close to useless in my opinion.

Who Came First, Roger, or Googlebot?
This won't answer your question entirely, but it's kinda fun. The first instance I remember of Rand drawing a robot came from this post. ( I can't believe I still remember it). Roger, obviously, came later. I like to think of them as big brother/little brother. Or maybe distant cousins.

What are the best reasons not to use Wordpress as a CMS?
Wordpress works great for amateur to medium size clients, anything that needs a solid professional build with data-basing requires something more robust from my point of view.

What are some of your favorite link magnet themes?
Million dollar question. However, I've found (quite unsurprisingly) that text-based content is at the bottom of the pile. Imagery and videos are the best way to get people linking and talking about you. Create or embed interesting/funny/shocking video and imagery to attract links and follow it up with content for the SEs to read and appreciate! Nick

How Do You Balance Factors In Domain Selection?
This has always been my way of looking at it. But it's easy enough for Google to tone this down too. A lot of mass keyword domain strategies do result in low quality or outright spammy sites.

Anyone have stats on numbers of Google users searching while logged in?
I'm finding very conflicting results with my clients thinking that they are ranked higher or in some cases lower than what a non-related fresh computer network shows. The social results really are changing the landscape of seo!

Why Does Massive Reciprocal Linking Still Work?
The SEO industry in general likes to "move along" whenever they catch wind that Google has cracked down on something. This is a mistake, though. Google may use X algorithm to find sites that are employing Y strategy. IE, for reciprocal links Google targeted large sprawling partner pages, not just whether or not two domains linked to one another. You could still succeed with merely a different method of placing the reciprocal links... That being said, I would never tell you that blog roll links don't work, I would merely tell you to use those strategies on sites that are less important in the long roll. But, of course, I would probably tell you to use just about any and every strategy, as long as you divide those strategies across sites so as to minimize risk.
