Fix it now. If not, you will have a bunch of 404s which is not good either.

RE: What percentage of my links should be directory links
I don't set a percentage of links, but more how much time I am willing to spend. Directories take less time, but are often not as important. Try 20% of your time working on directories and 80% working on other links.

RE: One Website - Local + National Ranking
If we are talking wine, then the location, or in wine speak appellation, is important (Chimney Rock from the Stags Leap area is my favorite)
I would highly optimize your tasting pages for local by providing address of the tastings and having local neighbors link to that page. Preferably an event page, or if that page expires it stays or 301s to another page as to not spill the link juice.
Restaurants are going to search by appellation or wine names or grape names, so I would optimize for this on the product pages.
Home page should be Brand - Appellation - Grapes - Grower
I hope this helps

RE: Same anchor text
Yes, you are cannibalizing your keyword. Change the keyword to a supporting keyword. It also makes me wonder why you would need to do this? Do you have two pages with the same keyword as the main keyword?

RE: Updated title tags not displayed in SERPs?
I have this same issue also. Larger sites get updated quicker than smaller sites. Give it a bit more time.

RE: Backlinks not showing up in the campaign crawl
Rand recently spoke of this and yes, some of this is due to those links not being indexed. Some may be deep links, or simply outside SEOmoz crawl at the moment. SEOmoz is working to increase its indexing power for speed of refreshes and depth of crawls.

There is another post speaking to this, however, SEOmoz does not yet have the ability to Favorite post

I hope that answers your question.

RE: Mobile Web Apps
Hi Rishad,
Regarding the should you, I would look at me analytics and see how many mobile platforms are accessing your site and which ones. Mobile apps should not be just a rehashed version of the web page. It should be unique and much better than the web version. You need to find out why people are accessing your site on mobile platforms. Convenience, travel, or platform of choice? I would survey those mobile visitors with 3-5 simple question about mobile content.
I would not see any need of SEO on an application, just like there is none for your desktop apps. Mobile apps are more concerned with ease of use, content access (is it localized or in the cloud).
I will revisit this post to hear what others say on finding a good mobile programmer. I am looking for one for iOS work for a client.
Cheers

RE: By paying you guys...?
Stephon,
I will say that the changes you need to make are more often simple than hard depending on your platform. Also, if you are looking to hire, SEOmoz has a section for that as well.

RE: Hosted in the Cloud, my URL is a .com how can I rank in UK SERPS?
I presume your hosting company will not provide you with a UK TLD.
Then go with what Ryan posted and make sure you location is clear. Also, grab those UK inbound links!! Also Google Places, and I think Google Webmaster has the ability to set location.

RE: How specific does keyword anchor text need to be?
Hi Rodney,
I don't think the additional word so much dilutes the value rather than it changes the context. Presuming you have done all your keyword research...
Play Sand Suppliers
Play Sand
Using the additional keyword Supplier would change the context to say purchasing rather than say landscaping. So Play Sand would be a broad term, and adding supplier would narrow that term as each additional keyword would.
I hope that helps

RE: Site Wide Internal Navigation links
I would not think that you are being penalized as many large sites would also be. I do not have time this morning to look over your site in detail (sorry), but run it through the Campaign manager and see what errors crop up. As Wissam mentioned, you may have canonical issues that need to be resolved. SEOmoz has many article on canonicalization.
I hope this helped

RE: Which is better? Remove folder or fix the links and wait?
I would just fix the links and allow the SEs to reindex as they crawl the site. Just put all your effort to this and get it down today and you won't have to worry about taking content down.

RE: Redirect
Jan,
These are blog post on the same site as your e-commerce site as I am reading this, correct?
I would not 301 the pages, but put internal links within your blog to strengthen those pages you need to rank better. My point is, if your blog post are getting backlinks naturally, then let that process flow, and use that to your advantage.
Keep blogging, and mention products within the blog (or product categories) and link to them. Also any other links, like menus, will receive link juice from those blog post.
I hope that helps

RE: Site Wide Internal Navigation links
http://www.americanmuscle.com/
American Muscle has many, many links all pointing to category pages and they rank #1-3 on most all Mustang related searches.
I have not counted their links, but I am sure if there was a penalty for excessive internal linking, American Muscle would be a candidate.

RE: Page Title Optimisation
Hi again Sean,
You can work on some longtail keywords. Try some social keywords like actress, or model, or something along those lines. There are always related words to what people do, or their industry. Pick a main theme of the page and work from there.
Is there a page in which you are having more trouble in than not?
I do not think you are overusing the name as the site is all about this client correct?
What industry is this for?

RE: Value of a link from very large profile site
I would place one of those other link into linkscape (http://www.seomoz.org/linkscape) and test to see how much juice is being passed to that site from this big site.
The page could be ranking very well, but if there are a number of other links on the page, the juice might get so diluted that the price might not be worth it.
Test it and post the results.

RE: Will this internal linking feature cause canonicalization issues?
I agree that this is an excellent use of the canonical tag. The canonical tag goes on the host page nameofproduct and then when any other page is called nameofproduct?=productspecs, SEs will give credit to the nameofproduct page**. **
**I hope that answers your question. **

RE: Page Title Optimisation
If the site is authoritative and you are already exhausted your bank of keywords, then just pull the main topic off the page and fill with that.
The problem seems to be that you already rank for the keywords that are important, so other could just draw poor traffic. Such as using the directors name or other actors. This could draw traffic, but poor traffic.
In short, you are simply trying to fill titles without duplication and you already have exhausted your keyword list on other pages? Then use page topics as keywords.

RE: Link Age - Ranking Signal
Not the link itself, but the page that this link is on might get more important as they grow older as they obtain more links. So it is not the age, but rather that with age comes more links to that page (hopefully) and therefore that page gives out more link juice to your page.
I hope that helps. Watch that WBF that Roger linked to.

RE: Keyword Self-Cannibalization Concern
The idea here is conception. Google will conceptually see the difference between an elephant and a baby elephant as being two different items.
Although it should see your products as different, the warning comes from page apparently being the same- no distinction.
If you find you are not ranking well, or more so, someone slipping inside your ranking, try 400W NextGen Digital Ballast and 600W NextGen Digital Ballast
I do agree with EGOL that for a few pages this should not be that big of a deal, but changing the order of keywords here should not be either.
I hope that helps
