I dont think the process is automated in any way.
It seems to be that they have a team that will do all the hard work for you.
This included analysis of the links, and then reaching out to web masters and asking for the low quality links to be removed.

Yeah, I'm a bit like you ,very hesitant with these sort of services.
I did have a look at this tool last week and it does look very good and provided some really useful analysis in to each link.
I have seen a number of these services pop up over the past few months.
My question is, has anyone used them, and did you see any results?
Here is a few example of the ones I have seen appear recently
I would only look at the likes of dmoz, local and maybe niche directory's
I dont think they carry much value these days.

With people now paying to have links removed from directory's I wouldn't wast my time.....
I think social will become an important ranking factor if it hasnt already.
However "Links" will never go away as this is what the algo is built on.
social media is a great way to build authority for your business and share your content.
If you create a really good article and share it across various social channels then you will have more of a chance of people linking back to it...
If you are using chrome right click on the link and select inspect element.

I run a report last night and it was waiting on me this morning.
It categorizes all the links, shows you which ones are a priority etc
It also tells you what links are coming from sites which have been deindexed.
You can then email the webmasters from within the tool itself which is good.
I know there is lots of tools that you can use to get info about your link profile.
I use OSE, Majestic, GWT,Ahrefs but this seems to do all the hard work for you with its in depth analysis of the links.

Anyway, as an iPhone and iPad user I was wondering if anyone had some good SEO app recommendations?
I'm looking for an app that will allow me to track our rankings for multiple keywords and also allow me to monitor multiple sites.

If you go to the Link Analysis section and then "Links" you will find this info.
Another great tool for this kind of information is Ahrefs...
Facebook now has this functionality built in to pages, does it not?
You can also use Buffer App which is a great tool...
Check out SproutSocial been using this for the past couple of years and it just keeps getting better.

SEOMoz is telling me that we have 191 404 errors f.
I have checked this with several other crawlers and this not the case.
For example, http://www.opticalexpress.co.uk/eyecare/corporate-savings.html%0D%0A2027
But correct links its http://www.opticalexpress.co.uk/eyecare/corporate-savings.html which is fine...
We have no record of these links so why is it appending these characters at the end of the URL which is causing the 404's....
Sometimes the page titles and descriptions are the same as these are user generated and sometimes the same questions get asked over and over again, there is a search function but people like to create a question before searching to see if its already been asked.

We have a Q&A section on our site which we reply to customers using standard responses which have already been approved.
This is causing a lot of duplication errors, however due to the nature of our business we need to use these responses. Is there anything that we can do to stop this?
