Scripts created links not being indexed with Google
You're correct, the third test is similar to your situation. So it may be that Google is crawling the link just fine and is passing that link juice, and just that the tools you're using aren't sophisticated enough to detect it. The dynamically inserted text is present on Google's cached version of the page, so it may very well be fine and you might not need to do anything. I usually try not to rely on Google to figure things like this out, since they are inconsistent at best at correctly understanding JavaScript code, but like I said, if changing how this information is displayed on these pages is going to require a lot of time/expense/work on your part, it may not be worth doing.

Please can anyone recommend any GOOD 'TRAFFIC BUYING COMPANIES ?
I have a client challenging me with this issue right now. Despite me working with the client doing things in an ethical way, they are keen to engage a business who offers this service of being able to offer 'PAID TRAFFIC. For around $70 dollars they will send according to them TARGETED | QUALITY TRAFFIC. The client decided to go ahead and sign up and within 24 hours the site went from having had around 200 sessions a day to over 2000 in just 24 hours. Analytics saw the REFERRAL channel become the leader in bringing traffic and started listing lots of IP ADDRESSES. The company also say there is no spam in the traffic they send to your site. They also say these 'site visitors' are 100% genuine and not bots etc. I am personally a bit sceptical about how this will affect the site building its relationship with Google over time. So, is there evidence that some companies are getting better at delivering this type of service and the technology makes it much more ethical and worth buying into? Of course - what happens when you switch the service off?

Is Disqus comments useful as per SEO?
Umar's comment is very helpful. What they say in the Disqus FAQ, is that page owners can synchronize comments with their website and store them locally on the page. Thus they are crawled by Google and benefit both page owner and the guest. It means there is a high chance that your comments are indexed and beneficial.

Branding-Advantages of New Domain
Hi Patrick: Thanks so much for your detailed and thorough response!!! While I have some doubts about our brand name, we were solely considering changing our very spammy sounding URL that contains the two hyphens. But from what you say, even if we do that, we may have a limitation in that the company name "Metro Manhattan Office Space, Inc." contains the match anchor text of "Manhattan Office Space". So if we need to stay away from match anchor text in both the domain in the URL, this rebranding is going need to go a lot deeper than anticipated. My thoughts were solely to replace www.nyc-officespace-leader.com with www.metro-manhattan.com but this is still problematic. Perhaps a domain of www.mmos.com (abbreviation of Metro Manhattan Office Space, Inc.) would be better? Or www.lastNameerealestate.com possible? Thanks for the resources on the migration. I understand that special care must be taken regarding NAP information for the move to be successful. But I would think this is less of an issue if we are only changing the domain name. Could we keep our company name and solely change the URL or this an incomplete job? Are there any resources you can think that would help us think up both a new corporate name and domain name? Maybe we should consider tackling both at the same time as www.nyc-officespace-leader.com plus the corporate name of Metro Manhattan Office Space, Inc. don't sound like the most SEO friendly combination.

What is the best way to redirect visitors to certain pages of your site based on their location?
Thats a good point actually, being UK based, i tend to forget States in the US is how you're likely to do location redirects (that and i read Colorado as Canada... my bad). The short answer i think is not directly. You could use the users IP address and something called mode_geoip in order to handle the redirects, it takes a bit more configuration and setup though. Im seeing lots about redirecting on country, not all that much on redirecting on state, but a good starting point is perhaps this Stackoverflow thread. It's probably something you'll need to ask a developer to do. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9838344/how-to-redirect-domain-according-to-country-ip-address

Our rankings for "Tree Service" dropped last month
I think you make a very valid point. We first thought we could be getting penalized from the duplicate pages on our own site (which we couldn't find) but never questioned if our site was being copied. It seems like our content is being taken and re-purposed by other sites (a few competitors). This makes me feel both flattered and slightly irritated.

Hi Karom Everything you need to know is in the Google Webmaster Tools Sitemap guide and Change Googlebot crawl rate. A tool to see Google ranking for organic, AdWords and Google shop?
I think your best bet is to view the "Paid vs Organic Traffic Report" in Google Adwords. This report shows a comparison of when you're Organic and Paid traffic shows. I've attached a snapshot of how this report looks like in Google Adwords. And as Jasmine mentioned you'll need to connect Webmaster tools (or the search console as it's known now) to Adwords. Hope that helps GoF6DDr

Are pop-unders bad for SEO?
I agree with EGOL here. I would look at it more from the usability standpoint and if it provides value for the user. I am not too fond of them so I never recommend them, but that's really up to you and if it appeals to your audience. You can test with VWO or Optimizely and see the engagement based on the data collected and go from there. Hope this helps - good luck!

View when a link was first discovered in Moz?
Brilliant thanks! Checked all these out. To confirm the best way is to view when any link was found I suggest Google Webmaster Tools: Log into Google Webmaster Tools go to Search Traffic - Links to your site - Who Links the Most - More - Click "Download Latest Links". On this export you can see the link and date found by Google! Despite it's name it dates back (for us) up to 7 years. If you want to watch links as they come in then I suggest the Moz Fresh link Explorer (only goes back 60 days I believe). Thanks and enjoy! Sam

Why isn't www.devonshiredentalcare.co.uk ranking?
The URL and page title ect seems to point towards Devonshire a county literally at the opposite end of the United Kingdom - Could this be having an impact? Your Moz rank is fairly low - Look to build this with high quality links within your industry.

Redirect domain or keep separate domains in each country?
Hi again If you want to focus more on the Australian site and the NZ site isn't where you want to place efforts, then you can redirect it - but I would URL map it properly so that pages on the NZ site find their corresponding pages on the AUS site. But that is ultimately up to you to decide - if the return is not there and you want to focus on one site, then redirect and make sure all pages find their new home. I would also update relevant citations and back links. I would personally optimize both and put efforts in if you think potential is there - it's just a better user experience - especially for different regions, local search, and audiences. Hope this helps!
