Pure spam Manual Action by Google
That's great news that you got the penalty revoked. It can often take a few days for the manual spam actions viewer to show that there is no longer a penalty. Also, keep an eye on the manual spam actions viewer. I've seen a number of sites lately that got a pure spam penalty revoked and then a few days or weeks later got either a thin content penalty or an unnatural links penalty. Hopefully that's not the case for you though!

Body content Download Tool
Well, you you could definitely get a CSV of every URL and title from the 'Crawl Diagnostics' section of a campaign, but admittedly we don't have anything that will collect all of the bodies for you. Perhaps someone else would know of another tool that would be able to help you out with that portion of your needs :). Live long and Moz-per!

A website Mobile versions for different languages
If you don't have a mobile version for the French site I would not automatically redirect to the English version. I would rather offer users the choice - Continue to the French desktopversion or Go to the mobile version (English). For me it's not as much a question of SEO but more about User experience. Once the FR version of the mobile site is ready you can do the automatic redirect. rgds, Dirk

Spike then Drop in Direct Traffic?
You might want to check if you have spam in your reports, especially this referral free-social-buttons. This referral spam hits with direct visit along with the referral part. The problem of this spam over others is that even if you filter the referral you will keep getting the fake direct visits, but luckily there is a solution, if you check the hostname that these direct visits use you will see that is not set or it's fake as any Ghost Spam in Google Analytic, so they way to stop this type of spam in any form(referral, keyword or direct) is to create a valid hostname filter that will only allow valid traffic. You can check full details of this issue in this article: http://www.ohow.co/unusual-increase-in-direct-traffic-on-ga-spam/

Would this be considered cloaking and would it be a bad move?
Cloaking no. What you would be doing is trying to help Google understand the images. I feel this would be similar to detecting a language or IP and serving an image with text correctly translated. The purpose isn't malice in fact quite the opposite. I have been leery of CDN's for any other purpose then delivering script for exactly the reason your client is in. When you think about it you can have 2 to 200 urls delivering the same images. Every time a bot crawls the site it sees X image is from a new location. How is the crawler suppose to understand what is actually there? Anyway my thoughts, hope it helps. Don

Why Is Google Webmaster Tools Pulling Zero Keyword Data?
Patrick: thanks so much for your help on this. I just wanted to circle back to tell you that the problem is now resolved. The site is "https://www.", and GWT was first setup as "http://" and then just "http://www." and both of those do a 301-redirect to "https://www." So in any case, adding a third Google Webmaster Tools account for the secure version of the URL seems to have cleared up the problem and unlocked the keyword query data.

Duplicate page titles and hreflang tags
We're all students of the game. I hope I never stop learning about marketing. I had read about the sitemap implementation but never tried it. Then I ran into an enterprise client who has over 40,000 indexed pages & 20 separate languages. One of the languages didn't have a subfolder but all the rest did. Instead of coding it in, I figured my way through sitemaps & thought it was SO much easier in the end. I've used it a few times since and it's great.

Root-Domain vs Subdomain Linkbuilding
Hey I'm a bit confused - not the first time! Would very much appreciate if you good folks could shed some light on a couple of questions. Our site in the search console is inputed as www.domain.co.uk Is this our subdomain? When I'm using Open Site Explorer and filter by Target, say "this root domain" is it now showing me inbound links to domain.co.uk instead? Lastly how does this affect rankings i.e getting links to www.domain.co.uk or domain.co.uk as whoever types in either domain gets to the correct site.
