Whats the best way to structure my site?
Hi David, According to moz 'Use Keywords in Your URL' is moderate importance so it could affect a bit but on-page grade won't go beyond B. I don't think you should worry about it because in a URL we can use one keyword only and most of the cases we target several keywords on a single webpage and they do rank well, not possible to use all targeted keywords in a URL. Thanks

Combining two existing sites into a single magento install
Hi Brad ATP has the right idea indeed. I don't foresee there being any issues with this at all. You're biggest two risks with any migration (back or front end) are broken links and downtime. If you're not changing any URLs, then you don't need to do redirects. Just obviously minimize any downtime as much as possible and you should be fine!

Do you get penalized for Keyword Stuffing in different page URLs?
Hi there You should be fine as long as you don't have 30 locations with the same structure, but I would work on your cleaning up your URL over optimization - maybe have an Areas We Serve page with office location information in different cities. I would check out this local SEO resource from Moz and Service Area Business from Google. You should also look into Whitespark and Moz Local as these will help you in categorized local citations and listings, especially if you have different offices in different cities. As long as the content is different (not just changing the city names in the content) then it shouldn't be an issue, but I would work on your local SEO and condensing information where possible. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Help identifying cause for total rank loss
I'll certainly bring it up. Maybe we can use the general concept and agree on a page title that accomplishes the same goal without sacrificing brand consistency. Thanks again for the great suggestions.

Google News and Meta Title
Hi there I like to include brand in the title, and I actually use the " Page Title | Brand " format. As long as the main page title is seen within the 50-60 characters of your search result, your brand doesn't have to appear - reason being, crawlers read the entire title, but users really only care what they searched for, unless they have a brand preference, so the title of the content will do just fine. Whatever format you choose, keep it consistent. Hope my opinion here helps, good luck!

Moving my site to one domain name .com from 3
Hi Justin Tom raises a lot of great points here - if you are doing well for the areas you are targeting, let the good times roll and keep doing what you're doing, you're in a great position! Keep it up! Did you take advantage of the country targeting for each site and hreflang tags / language tags that were mentioned in previous Q+As of yours? Congrats on your hardwork so far! Good luck!

XML Sitemaps for Property Website
Hi there I would also add here that you can look into a sitemap generator which will update and maintain your sitemap for you so that you don't have to manually do so. This can be quite tedious, especially if you are handling multiple listings and adding/removing them, so having a generator can hugely benefit you. This is a great time saver! Hope this alleviates a bit for you - good luck!

New Domain VS New Page Backlink?
Hi Sam Of course, this is all theory work, but I would say option 2. If we look at the most recent Moz Ranking Factors and the Searchmetrics Ranking factors, we can see that # Unique cblocks Linking to the Page, # of Unique IPs Linking to the Page, # of Root Domains Linking to the Page (Moz) are among the strongest correlations for higher rankings. Certainly from my own experience (and ultimately it's your own data that you should trust the most), I have seen rankings increase more consistently when I have earned links from multiple domains/IPs, as opposed to, say, 3 from the same website. Your mileage may vary, but in most scenarios I'd look at option 2 as the better option. Of course, you need to do all of your quality assurance to make sure that it is the kind of website you would want a link from, but if it is then go for it.
