Name change to include a keyword?
Good choice. You would have to start all over again if you chose to use a new domain name. You would go through a period where you are not visible at all. Also, domain age is a factor google takes into account. It looks like its as long as it is short to change your domain.

Add a Search box (content hub) for my website?
I haven't paid for Google Custom Search engines in the past, but depending on your traffic, your search units may be far less than expected. We see plenty of large sites (thousands of pages+, millions of visits) that see less than 0.1% of their pageviews from searches. If you're starting the search feature from scratch, I wouldn't assume from the start that you're going to need to pay the $2000 rate. Scoop.it is a bit more like Pinterest or Delicious. You can post stuff to your Scoop.it account, but it's probably not going to be a good solution for searching a website.

What can cause for a service page to rank in Google's Answer Box?
Thanks Erica. I appreciate your thought on this. But I think, my question is still unanswered. Because answer box should come up with such content that contains answer to the users question or information that can help user to get answer out of it. But here, it is showing up a product page which does not even answer the users query although it is promoting someone's product in answer box...:-) Can we consider this as technical bug?

Search Console shows structure keywords more significant over content keywords. What is wrong?
Good call on the "share bar" and providing some solutions. Yasser, both Peter and Andy are right here. Search Console will specifically crawl and look for keywords based on the amount of times they are presented on a specific page/on the site. So, if you have multiple social share plugins (such as in your footer as well as within a post) across your entire site, this could lead Google to think you are trying to rank for that term (or at the very least that it's a main focus of the page). Here's a link explaining how this happens - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35255?hl=en Hope that helps!

Hreflang no reciprocal
I ran my Hreflang testing tool for your URL and got these results: https://app.hreflang.org/results.php?runid=12cf3a998a6fa864dd2a5ca02bc4bbdc20160204192756 So what Peter said is correct. And if you need to make changes and test again, you can use the tool again.

Newly designed page ranks in Google but then disappears - at a loss as to why.
I think part of the problem you're seeing Michael is due to Google's preference for fresh content. It's more prevalent in some industries but I have noticed the rankings boost you get from it is temporary. It degrades over time.

Google Not Indexing App Content
Yes - 301 to destination could be the problem. Can you do test w/o redirects putting end URL into rel=alternate? Also you must check correct linking from Android to web: https://developers.google.com/app-indexing/android/app In ideal linking both must be linked vice versa. Probably one of linking now is broken as far as we see.

When Is It Okay To Use Bold, Underline & Italic Text? Should I Stay Away From My Keywords?
I'm going to echo a bit of what's been said here already. Italics, bold, and underlining are tools in the same way bullet points are tools. These formats are all useful for: Calling attention to specific portions of text Adding clarity Making text easier to scan I do not have evidence to say exactly how (or if) use of these tools will affect your rankings, but I'm certain that a user who encounters content that's overly FORMATTED or OneBigBlockParagraphOfText is much more likely to bounce. So I recommend using those tools to your advantage and writing, always, for a human reader.

SERP on google and yahoo
It is not that you got discriminated. They use different algorithms plus Google has recently updated their core algorithm by combining it with Panda (the On-Page algorithm). This has caused a lot of fluxuations last month and I am still seeing some movement. I would focus on ranking on Google based on the fact that they have approximately 80% of the Search Engine Market share.

Does anyone have a great way to determine where your new Twitter followers are finding you?
Unfortunately, it's pretty hard to track down how people are finding your Twitter (except from your own site). Other more obvious places are anyone recommending you as someone to follow on Twitter or mentioning/RT'ing you (show up in your @ mentions) and running an OSE report to see if you're getting backlinks to your Twitter profile from other places, such as if you were on a list of companies in your niche to follow. You can also use Followerwonk to see your follows/unfollows. This can help you narrow day the days you get major follows and then dig into what happened those days. Did you speak at a conference? Was there a blog post published about you? Did you get a big press mention? Or did you just have a tweet that hit some influential people? Also, an important note, occasionally, you'll see sudden dips and lots of unfollows, sometimes that's just Twitter cleaning up spammers. (I was putting together a presentation where I thought Rand Fishkin had lost lots of followers due to a tweet he made, but it turned out to be Twitter cleaning up spam accounts. And then I needed another example.) Hope that helps!

Pages ranking outside of sales area
Thanks so much for the advice. We gave the pages a couple months with localizing the title tags/content/description and it still didn't help out at all. They definitely don't want to go after a nationwide strategy. It seems to make sense to probably leave them alone. Thanks again!

Does anyone know how dynamic/personalized website content affects SEO?
Thanks, Sergey. Have you had much experience with implementing this type of feature on a website's main pages (not campaign focused landing pages)? I understand the power in theory but wonder how it would behave for user experience should someone from one position were to share the info to another in the company or different chain of command. Secondly, you mention strict parameters need to be placed so as not to be seen as duplicate content. The search engine crawler would "read" everything at once, no? I'm wondering if a crawler would scan the entire page for all content and could perhaps be confused by the focus of a page if different features were set up to target different audience types. Or maybe it doesn't matter at all and I'm over thinking it?

Is using JavaScript to render translations safe for International SEO?
Hi Edward, It's not recommended to rely on Google capacity "processing" scripts to show any key content on your site, in this case, additional language or country versions. If the information shown in the HTML code and the Google cache version of the pages is not the relevant one -and only one is shown the whole time for example- then it's not being correctly rendered. You can also verify this with the "Fetch as Googlebot" functionality from the Google Search Console. If you want to make sure that each of your language/country versions are really accessible then the best is to make sure each piece of content is published as text in their own specific HTMLs whether in ccTLDs, subdirectories or subdomains for country versions or also, subdirectories or subdomains for language versions; making sure to use the relevant terms and topics for each language/country audiences (which might not necessarily be the literal translations among them, so a unique keyword research, content writing and optimization process by a native speaker is required) Thanks!

SEO Campaign for testing site?
Hello! If the site is live and reachable without a username/password, it wouldn't hurt to have crawl reports to make sure it will be free of any broken links and factors like title and meta descriptions are still visible. Hope this helps
