Subdomain Place Holder
Can't you do it the other way? Put the temp HTML site on www - use the www2 to put the Drupal instance. Once the other is ready - remove the HTML & activate the Drupal version? Don't really understand what you're going to do with the www version while the www2 temp version is online. If not possible - can only agree with Egol - it's quite a risk you're running. Quite possible your rankings will take a dive. As we all know, it's easy to go down but a lot harder to regain position.

Best practices for lazy loading (content)
Hi John! In order to get you an answer that directly relates to what you're trying to do, would you be able to give us more information about your goals with this? As in, what sorts of pages, specifically, you're intending to implement lazy loading on? And as Sergey asked, is it for the site to load faster for users? For overall user experience?

Fake 404 Issue
Hi, Make sure that you check your site with a tool like ScreamingFrog to find out if there are any URLs on your site that will still give a 404. If that's the case make sure to fix them. Otherwise you should be able to mark them as fixed as answered before. Martijn.

Why would the GA data NOT match Moz reports?
I may have found my own lead on this which appears to be some limitations in Google's API. this is a very, very large site to do a URL parameter proliferation issue creating millions of pages on the site. I bet it's safe to assume that Moz has to use sampled data past a reasonable point, and given the size of this site, it's fair to consider the possibility that Moz couldn't match the internal data as a result. Will report back as we work with them on reducing duplicate content and see if that pushes things closer together.

High charts, anyone used them? SEO impact/things to take into consideration
Looking at what's cached and appearing in search snippets, it seems like Google is crawling at least some of the text in my HighCharts on MozCast.com. Those charts aren't text heavy, so it's hard to tell how they weight it or if that text is eligible for ranking, but I strong suspect that Google is at least aware of HighCharts and can parse some of the data.

All metrics appear to be better than our local competitors yet we our ranking doesn't resemble it. Help?
I realize this isn't an answer, but have you ever run a Full SERP Analysis on your keywords in the Moz Keyword Difficulty Tool? There's a video on it here. It might be illuminating.

Getting Spam Links
Disavow w/o any doubts. Also report for scrapper and hosting weird redirects (and maybe malware soon!): http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160202_M1_GH/ just see waterfall diagram and watchout for iTunes, Alibaba, Bing, Codecanyon, Walmart, and few more. Starting from today Google also sent notes about spam: http://www.thesempost.com/google-sending-confirmation-notices-for-spam-reports/ so for now every report count. PS: I just make another test here: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160202_19_Y1/ this time with "save results body". Seems not so trivial! This site is trying to add someone in mine list of CodeCanyon. Also trying to manipulate Groupon + increase visits of Indeed job offer.

404 Errors for Form Generated Pages - No index, no follow or 301 redirect
Hi there I wonder if you would be able to still help. The number of 404's is increasing significantly and the majority only appear in GSC. The reason I think this could be search URL related is these are increasing significantly every day. The robots.txt has blocked some, but as the number continues to increase I am thinking there could be a few reasons, which I need to look into more. A siteliner report cannot crawl the site due to 'too many redirections for this URL'. This is one reason why I suspect there is a wider issue to investigate with the https http. Moz and Screaming Frog are recording some errors (which we expected and need to resolve) but in the 100's, compared to the 1000's recorded in GSC. Any other ideas / suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks
