  • Redirects usually don't pass all link juice to the target URL but may in time. You won't get accurate reports on the www version of your site because it's redirecting to the non-www URL, so use this primary URL when running reports with SEO tools. Regarding the number of links, you may find that people generally link to the www version just by habit, and that's why I personally still use this as my primary for most projects. Another thing to do is check Google WMT to make sure both www and non-www properties are listed. You'll then be able to select the preferred domain in site settings. You didn't ask but I'd strongly suggest you go over some PageSpeed and YSlow recommendation. It's very slow and JS heavy, and this is simply bad for all the reasons you already know.

  • If you export your Keyword Rankings to Excel, you can sort them by the Ranking URL so all the keywords that one URL ranks for will be grouped together. You can also use labels to organise keywords into different groups but this might have been easier to do when you first uploaded them. I hope this helps!

  • Basically the domain: http://buy.gazelle.com/ has following: DOMAIN AUTHORITY 66 /100 PAGE AUTHORITY 48 /100 Is not just another random website, since it has many links and especially links from Iphone related pages, e.g.: http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-watch-trade-ins-coming-soon-says-swap-site-gazelle/ which the above has 52 DA (Page Authority) Now as to the question about the the zero content, is not that much of a zero if you look at the customer comments. You basically don't expect much of a content from such a topic. So what customers say matters more than information about the product, which as you said above other pages on the website have such information. What Google views in this page, is that this a URL near the home page (1 step away), which it values this page more than the rest of the pages. It may also view that the website has a lot of information regarding the Iphone, thus making it authority for this topic. Also the most important thing is that it has links to this specific page from many pages of this websites, although not appearing in MOZ Open Site Explorer at the moment. Also the competitors ranking for this keyword, have a different meta-title, thus having lower chances of ranking above http://buy.gazelle.com/buy-used-iphone-5/

  • It can, yes. Also, Google's having acknowledged the schema doesn't necessarily mean that it will show the rich snippet on the SERPs. It's still good to have it, though, and you very well may start seeing it appear.

  • Text-wise, I'd say go with a full transcription if you can. Search engines can't index video content (it's not text), so including a transcription allows you to get the benefits of that content. Good examples of video + transcription are our Whiteboard Fridays.

  • In general, redirects can cause you to lose a small amount of equity. Both a 301 and a Canonical are forms of redirects except a canonical really only redirects the bots without redirecting the user. So much in the same way that it is not best to 301 to a 301 (though you can), it isn't best to Canonical to a 301. Now, it most likely won't hurt you doing that, if you prefer the easier of the two solutions, but its also important to remember that a canonical is a suggestion (not a directive). So the search engines can choose to disregard your canonical if they feel it is manipulative or not relevant. With this in mind, it is always better to point your canonical at the best, most relevant canon page instead of to another redirect.

  • The rel canonical tag to the root of the site could work, but would be better to have a metatag like <metaname="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"> </metaname="robots"> For each page that is developmental and not supposed to be live. This will tell google to just ignore these pages, that they are not ready to be indexed and be part of the internet. It's generally not recommended to do a rel canonical to the homepage, just because it's saying that every page on the developmental site is from the homepage, as well google is still indexing these pages and this could cause issues later on. It's just better to noindex nofollow the dev pages before they go live, since then you can migrate the new to the old and not have some huge issue later on. I send something like this to your private message as well.

  • To add to what Nicolas said, Search Console data tends to lag a a few days. I did a site:theinboundspot.com search for your site and found that 120 pages are indexed. I took a quick look and didn't see anything of concern. Give it a couple days and check back on it.
