How to utilize Moz during website relaunch?
Awesome, thank you, George! Luckily we're already doing a lot of this stuff, e.g. we agonized last week over a list of 400+ redirects It's helpful to know what to expect as well - I'll be sure to work these items into our pre/post-launch planning.

Duplicate Content
Hey there, absolutely, let's have less than 10% duplicated. If the products are similar (just different color, size...), use the canonical tag. If the products are different, there shouldn't be a problem to write original content for each of them. Hope it helps. Cheers, Martin

Is there a difference between 'Mø' and 'Mo'?
Hi, Check in Google Analytics what people search. If people search 'Mo' and for 'Mø' your appearing on top better to change to 'Mo' so you can appear higher for 'Mo'. We do optimize what people search not what we think and it is very similar terms and your returning visitor won't search 'Mø'. Hope you understand. Thanks

Keyword cannibalization or linking structure?
Yes. It got indexed and started showing a different page title too. I am confused to figure out what causing this error. If it's not keyword cannibalization, then I must look into internal linking, which is way bigger than this. So just wanna confirm the chances of keyword cannibalization in our case. Any more steps to ignore keyword cannibalization?

What are these categories called and where do they come from?
This appears to be the Google Carousel, which sometimes appears in search engine results occasionally when there are a variety of brands for a popular category type search. The categories for your search are different brands of Software Companies that offer "CAM(computer aided manufacturing) software". Here is a good article on Google Carousel Results as well- http://www.mediative.com/understanding-google-carousel-results/.

What to do about endless size pages
Hi Nigel, Thanks for the message. So, just to cap on this, I've got: 150 pages that got any kind of organic landing last month. 115 of those pages are 1 visit out 13000 visits 525 pages in the sitemap 4300 pages in Google's index if you were me you would noindex/de-index all but about 50 that either have traffic or am working on it and then noindex/deindex/remove from sitemap 4250 pages? How would I even get a list of everything in Google's index? Just wondering about the actual process for fixing this. Thanks! Best... Mike

My "search visibility" went from 3% to 0% and I don't know why.
Dr. Lee, The search visibility dropping is likely due to a higher-traffic keyword phrase ranking or two dropping your website off of page 1 of Google. I am not sure what keyword phrases' rankings you are tracking with Moz Pro, but I am assuming it would be directly due to that. There is talk of a Google algorithm update going on as I write this in May 2017, but there are not many details on it yet (and Google Fred may have had an effect as well depending on when you first noticed the rankings drop). I would make sure your website content is up-to-date, and written to be helpful to your potential patients with each page having unique, non-spammy ads or duplicate content on it, and then setup Google Search Console and Google Analytics on your website, if you have not already, as this will have more specific details for you to analyze over time. As for as the "Links" aspect of SEO, this can be a controversial topic, but generally any website wanting you to pay for a backlink, is probably not worth having a link to your website on (generally speaking). There are a lot of great directories that will help establish your new office more and aid in your NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) Listing consistency, which can help your Google Maps rankings. Think BBB, Yelp, Healthgrades, Angieslist, etc. (Moz Local is a great tool for checking this). Having a monthly blog post on your website with relevant topics and helpful content is also a great way to increase your Search Visibility. Here is also a great guide by Brian Dean on Link Building in 2017- http://backlinko.com/link-building. Hope this helps and best of success!

Does a "Read More" button to open up the full content affect SEO?
There was a great case study released by Reboot Online Marketing last week on exactly this topic: https://www.rebootonline.com/blog/hidden-text-experiment/ Basically, sites with visible text performed better; text in a textarea was treated as visible; and sites with text 'hidden' with CSS and JavaScript 'Read More' buttons didn't perform as well. As Logan says above, Google is looking to give hidden content full weight with the release of the mobile first algorithm, but this algorithm hasn't been released yet and is likely not to be released this year: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-mobile-first-index-2017-23663.html Hope this helps. Cheers, David

New Google My Business - No more Google+?
Hello, I've noticed that some of our storefront locations with verified GMB listings do not have an associated brand account. Has anyone else seen this, and how can we create a linked G+ page when no brand account exists for a listing? Thanks!
