Does Private Domain Registration (DomainsbyProxy) Have Negative SEO Impact?
Does Private Domain Registration (DomainsbyProxy) Have Negative SEO Impact? No. The thread you offered represents a single website's one-time experience. The author doesn't claim any SEO knowledge or experience. His credentials are "I write code and run a Seattle based Web startup." I can share my experience that the sites I personally own all use private registration. I have had no issues at all with search engine traffic. I immediately was listed on Google and performed very well over time due to my improved understanding of SEO. This article was just posted last week. I would be interested to see the results of his planned future experiment of starting two sites to test his belief. I am confident the results will disprove the theory.

Any Twitter marketing resources?
Make sure you're organized! Following hundreds means nothing when you don’t take the time to actually use the tweets for anything. The key to using Twitter, and avoiding drowning in the constant feed is to group those you follow into lists. Without organizing the hundreds of accounts I followed, I couldn't make use of the endless content. Organizing the accounts I follow allows me to easily see tweets from a specific group say, local news, or competitors, or local partners etc., without having to scan my entire feed. Taking the initial time to organize the accounts you follow saves you loads of time overall!

Is the server or host a metric for SERPs? Amazon Webstore a plus?
Ditto - I sell on Amazon too, but use my own site to sell as well. Amazon opens up a whole new market that I wouldn't otherwise have, so I deal with their fees, but you have to have multiple distribution points. Going back to what i said earlier. Be sure you read all of the terms and conditions of using their Webstore. I love Amazon, but they have tricky lawyers just like anyone else

CSS dropdown Navigation Structure for PR passing?
Can we just use the top style dropdown like www.adventurefinder.com has? Yes. If you are ever unsure, any easy test is to right-click on the page and View Page Source. Search for the text used in the navigation menu. If you can read the text in the page's source code, then Google can definitely read it as well. Even if you can't read it, Google MAY be able to still pull the data. It's one of those things where if you can see it then you are fine, but if you can't see it you may still be fine as well.

Anyone know if optimal Twitter use frequency for promoting a keyword i.e how much is too much
The spam mindset works on the basis that enough will get through to make it worthwhile. I don't get it either... FWIW, we're seeing increasing Twitter traffic to PRNewswire.com and we're experimenting with a mix of accounts. he full list is here http://www.prnewswire.com/contact-us/prnewswire-on-twitter/ There's also good case study on the SEO value of tweets here http://www.seomoz.org/blog/the-tweet-effect-how-twitter-affects-rankings-12781 Good luck
