HUGE LINK!PR9 Not showing up
It takes a lot longer then any of us desire to see the links in OSE. OSE gets it's data from Linkscape which is updated about once per month. It takes about 2-3 weeks to crawl the web, then 1-2 weeks to process the data. The next update should happen around July 11th. When you say it's been "about 1-2 months", in my experience it is almost always the shorter time frame offered, or less. It seems to take a solid 60+ days for links to appear in OSE. If your link is there now, I am confident you will see in after the next update.

HUGE LINK!PR9 Not showing up
Google has done a far bit of cleaning up recently and there are severl posts on Panda and Farmer updates that caused high page ranked sites to fall in actual rank. If the site had little content or large collections of links then they probably got hit. Just type 'Google Panda' and read some of the recent post for more details. You should run the PR8 & 9 sites through Open Site Explorer to see where it considers them to rank now. You can also check the links to ensure they are not No-Follow.

How come none of my images are being indexed by google.
Hi Walter, also notice that your Joomla's images/ directory is blocked by robots.txt file: http://www.mconcrete.com/robots.txt where it says: Disallow: /images/ This means that your images within the gallery would not be indexed because image path is: http://www.mconcrete.com**/images**/stories/stamped/stamped-1a.jpg You have to have that robots.txt line deleted in order to have images stored in images/ directory indexed by search engines. By default, most images in Joomla that you upload will be stored within the /images directory (media manager). Best, Ogy

How do I add meta descriptions to Archives in Wordpress?
there should always be one way search bots can crawl your site to get to the content - even the deepest content. If you've got that in place, any other path can be noindexed, or index/followed.

Discrepency between # of pages and # of pages indexed
It's not exactly 3 clicks... if you're a PR 10 website it will take you quite a few clicks in before it gets "tired". Deep links are always a great idea.

Do Schema.org changes impact local SEO
You would figure that if Google, Bing & Yahoo get behind a new standard for declaring what snippets of information mean through schema.org then at some stage soon, they will either be using those tags to hone in on specific parts of content more relevant to a search query or present more information to the viewer during a search. The new section, article and heading tags of HTML5 would also seem to come in to the new richer data model for a web page. There has been a lot of work standardising these tags, so it would be a logical deduction to consider they along with personalization factors will become more prevalent in future.

LOL, I don't know why it came out that I deleted also the first answer... I confirm what said in the other answer and give you the reasons: the blog in the same subdomain, like it is now, extends the long tail the site is ranking for (aka: you site is more visible for a bigger number of serps the blog gives a voice to your site, the more relevant the more the content of the blog is high quality all the links that the blog by itself obtains, are links that affects all the site, therefore also the "standard" part of it, helping its rankings

Which tools are better? SEOMoz Tools or Bruce Clay's Tools.
Ive used both Bruce Clay and SeoMoz toolsets. The one thing I really liked about Bruce Clays tools is that I can punch in a url and get a full analysis report within minutes. Seomoz takes a week. That's a major drawback in my opinion.Seomoz has a great q and a forum so thats a major plus.

No-follow tags on links in the footer...do it or don't do it?
This is more a question than discussion. If you no-follow on the footer, than that will be for the entire site (same footer on all pages, which means all footer links on all pages are no-follow), which is probably not desired. Can you code to not show the footer links, or reduced links on those pages? Footer links should not be your site map on the bottom of each page, but rather, a list of key resource pages such as contact, company, high level product categories, FAQ, sign up for email, social networking links, etc. If you want more details, please provide a link.
