Domain restructure, sitemaps and indexing
If your developer will be making the website dynamic via a system like WordPress there will be automated ways to keep your sitemap up to date every time you publish a new page to your system and then it will even ping the search engines that the sitemap is updated It will be a "set it and forget it" type of thing with sitemaps if you are moving in that direction Good luck!

Have been pro member for 1 month+ now, but 0 on page report
I have opened a ticket and have got the reply from Shaun The following is their answer " Thanks for writing in, and apologies that your on-page reports aren't showing up as they should be . Our engineers are aware of this oddity and are looking into a fix for it right now, and while I don't have an exact timeframe yet for when that will be deployed, but I do have an alternate method where you can set up on-page report cards manually. I know it's not an exact fix, but it's a solid workaround until the fix is pushed " So it seems that it is caused by some technical issues (that will be fix soon enough) Thanks everyone for pointing me to the helpdesk , i will marked this question answered now

EBook
This is actually a good question and there is lots you can do, obviously the higher quality your ebook, the bigger the opportunity. A few ideas: Give it away for free, but make people share it (tweet it or share on FB) in order to gain access. This will provide you with social mentions and increased exposure which can also lead to links etc. Although to do this well you will need a good plan to seed it and get people talking and sharing intially (hopefully some strong 'gatekeepers'). This was done successfully at clockworkpirate.com which now uses the service cloudflood.com Offer it to worthwhile sites in your niche or closely related. Provide them with an embed code containing the ebook for download which also contains a link back to your site. Again, this will get you links and exposure as well as an opportunity to make relationships with good people within your industry. Alternatively you could just host it on your site, and go out and tell all in your industry about it. Maybe email it to a few of the top sites telling them their users can download it from your site. If the ebook is good enough and you ask correctly, they will spread the word, link to it, share it etc. If you already have connections in your industry you can probably just go off and start doing a lot of this stuff. If you don't, it maybe worthwhile holding off a little with the real 'high quality ebook' and go out and build some industry relationships. Get in forums, leave comments on blogs, get on twitter or FB groups and engage and interact, help people out etc.. then go and do the above as you will have the right connections to help you make this a success.

Juicy Link Finder Working?
Hi Anthony, I've asked the help desk to come in and comment on this when they have a chance. I've also copied another Q&A here that may help you until they can come in and add any updates. This is from the help desk, in a response to a question about UTF-8 input for Juicy Link Finder. http://www.seomoz.org/q/juicy-link-finder-doesn-t-support-hebrew-utf8-input Hi Kevin I feel like I've got to be honest with you. It's an old tool and we're not very proud of it anymore. It doesn't take advantage of our awesome web index, or all the cool analysis we've done around powerful links. We're working instead to replace it with more powerful link tools. Our newer tools are built to support Unicode, but most of our older ones don't. Sorry about that! For example, I think you'd be much better off trying our Competitive Link Research Tool (it's in Labs and therefore sometimes gets overloaded, but it's so cool when it works!), or even running your competitors through Open Site Explorer. www.seomoz.org/labs/link-intersect www.opensiteexplorer.org The bottom line is that Juicy Link Finder is unstable and doesn't support Unicode (because we're deprecating it in favor of new technologies), and it doesn't give you very sophisticated results.

Links on the same keyword
I wouldn't go so far as to call the extra links spam. They are not helpful to SEO. They just add extra links to your page. If you sincerely believe they are helpful for users, then leave them. Otherwise, I would recommend removing them.

How do you add a description to the Meta Description area to Tag Pages in Wordpress? This way I do not get the errors: "Missing Meta Description Tag" from SEOMoz Bot? Thanks!
I have used the All In One SEO since the start, about 8 months now. Can I switch over to the SEO plugin by Yoast? If so, is it simple or more complex? And, are there any risks, potential problems, etc.? I am relatively new to WordPress, but not so much to HTML. Thanks, Kurt

Help with domain redirect advice please!
Google's crawl rate varies based on many factors. For example, the New York Times website (nyt.com) probably has it's home page and category pages crawled a few times each day. A website such as yours which has static content, offers few links and has low DA may require a few weeks to be fully crawled. You can check Google's cache date for your pages on any search result page. Near most results you will see the word "cached". Click the cached link and you will see a header which offers a date/time stamp of when the cache was updated.

What to do with content that performs well in SERPs, but is dynamically generated?
I can't provide the exact url, but the dynamic content is a customized search result. User data seems to show that users prefer the content. The CTR is very high as is pageviews, and low bounce rate and they are some of the top pages in GWT. We would de-index all of the urls, but they drive a large percentage of traffic to the site. Thank you.

Linking out?
EGOL, I would have responded directly to your response, but found yet another bug between this site and the iPad. I wrote to tech support, but the response was, well...., not so favorable. To answer your question, yes I tried it. The short story is it takes 15 or 16 keystrokes to accomplish what should be one keystroke. I don't want to rock the boat too hard about the iPad issues because I'm a newb. I think it's an easy fix. If any administrators monitor this, feel free to tap my shoulder at MOZcon. I would be happy to help get it fixed. This is a great forum and I want to thank everyone for sharing their wealth of knowledge and experience so freely. I will try to reciprocate whenever I feel my comments could be helpful. Thanks Again!

How do you properly handle syndicated content?
I can't imagine myself running that many sites with the same content. My approach would be to make one big asskicking site that would beat all of the competitors in the various markets. But if you are going to have multiple copies out there... I would write the Bible about a topic and place it on my main site.... and the other sites would have summary articles that promote the Bible that can be found on the main site. I would use rel="canonical" on the small sites as described by Ryan.

Website Content
It has no SEO effect if you keep your naming identical and in wordpress add .html so keeping the same url structure and naming. The extension is not taken in consideration. However if you move from /page.html to /page (no extension) it will be considered as a new page. So what you have to do is a 301 redirect from .html to /page... manually first and then if you have all your pages without extension just create a htaccess to redirect all pages from .html to no extension. Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

All I can do is echo Ryan's point on this one, he does a great job of summing it up.

Too many characters in title ? Chinese Font ?
Could it be because it takes far less character to write the same sentence in Chineese than in English. "Blue Widgets" would be 蓝色部件. If you tried real hard, you could probably write a whole paragraph in the title. It might be a good idea to translate it to English and see how many characters it would be.
