Hi Daniel! Nofollow links are often used for comments in blog posts, to minimize the amount of "spam-comments-to-get-links". But sometimes you can get a recommendation or an award for something, maybe you have a cooperation with someone, then the nofollow link might come from a high quality site. These types of links will give positive signals to Google and in a long term affect ranking, even if the link has nofollow. Do a good job and recieve recommendations, make contacts and you will get valuable links.

I personally believe that it takes a lot of work to keep up with regular blog posts. Especially if you have a lot of product pages you want to build links too. In addition, you will need to build links to your blog, in order for the links from your blog to be worth while. I still believe having a blog for your website is a good idea. Good answer, also we have seen that sometimes bots come directly to your site via a link and do not always visit the robots.txt file and will therefore index the first page they come to. Matt Cutts has said before that the only 100% fail safe way of blocking search engines indexing something will be to have it password protected

Peoples love video, invest time on it and money. Host in a professional video hosting as wistia.com Make a embed anchor to ur page. Delivery it to the peoples you want to focus in. Make a e-mail marketing with the video and send it by wistia. Probablly gonna help u a lot.

The link can be helpful for other reasons though. My husband and I run a business about model warship combat -- RC battleships and other warships that shoot and sink each other. Very few people have heard of the hobby. There are a couple of people that have popular YouTube channels with videos, and they've added a link to our business site. The YouTube channel is great for exposure, and for getting qualified people to our website.

It turns out the canonical feature was not turned on in my global settings for my category pages. We should do better on t he next crawl. Thanks

Mike said it all. What could affect your SEO in a way, although only very slightly: Reciprocal links from both domains to the other domain. As they both reside on the same webspace, which is obviously on the same server, that has the very same IP-adress for both servers... they both sit on the same Class-C IP-network. Links from domains that reside on the same Class-C tend to not have the same impact as links from other Class-C networks. But as your linkbuilding shouldn't rely too much on two links you won't run into massive trouble here.

The Adwords account has no bearing on organic search.  One of the biggest factors of your quality score in your Adwords campaign is your CTR.  Your reasoning would be correct, if your controlling more real estate on the SERP results your ads and organic listing could be positively impacting your CTR.
