I can confirm that Raven would be perfect for this. You can monitor changes in anchor text, destination url, follow status and changes in DA and PA as well. You can upload a csv file too.

If you're trying to target other countries with a website that already exists in a different country you'll find it difficult. At the moment it's only really possible to optimise a website fully for one particular country. Here are some general best practices I'm aware of: Host the site in the country you're targeting, with a country-specific domain extension. Set geotargeting in Google Webmaster Tools. Obtain links from the country/ies you're targeting. Use the local language...will the site be in English, Arabic and/or some other languages? If it's a foreign language or even English, it's important to have someone fluent with the local language writing the content, preferably someone aware of cultural differences that may exist if the content is translated.

Hey Dan, Go for links from websites that relate to your industry. It takes more time but it will prove much more valuable in the long run.

Hi Dylan, Thanks for the reply. The community website does not exist anymore as a standalone website. It is now a sub-domain on our main website. e.g. Before - we had www.mainwebsite.com and www.communitywebsite.com After - we have http://community.mainwebsite.com And this sub-domain has thousands of duplicate page titles. Will that affect www.mainwebsite.com?

Thanks Dan.  Actually, it is exactly what our site is about, and we are getting ranked for all kinds of non-branded keywords.  Happy days!  I didn't think of the indexing possibility and tipping the scale.  I'd be interested to hear what else people say.  Thanks again!

A few things I noticed: Almost all your pages try to get /skin/frontend/blank/default/css/menu.css once and /js/livechat/js.js twice, and these files don't exist and return a 404. Are you allowed to change that 404 page to something more suited to your site, with your header and footer?  If so, I'd change it from the hostgator default. #5 could be quite an undertaking... positioning the text just right, controlling for wrapping in different browsers. I'd start by adding alt text to the images first, so Google can read that and know what the image is supposed to be of.

Submit a description of your article to sites such as reddit, stumbleupon, slashdot, digg... there you keep the article on your site and the visitors to reddit or these other sites rate its popularity. Also, you can contact other websites or bloggers who already link out to great content in your topic area.  If your content is really good then they will want to share your site with their visitors.
